This is our third time staying at the Raven Inn, and we always come back for the modern, clean, comfortable rooms and great location! This place feels brand new and is very well appointed. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay in Whitehorse! Highly recommend and will be back!

Do not stay here if you enjoy controlling the temperature of your room. We stayed here in Sept and our room thermostat was set at 23.5C which is over 72 Degrees! The thermostat would not allow us to adjust to a cooler temp, and would not allow the fan to operate to circulate air. This is not fair. We were forced to open the window to try to get some air flow. Why would a hotel not allow for some form of adjustability to the airflow of a customers room?

Beautiful clean room close to restaurants downtown. Free laundry facilities. Really friendly & helpful staff. Our room was handicapped accessible. Free parking. Nice restaurant on the first floor. We loved the bison pot pies. We will definitely stay here again!

There are limited options amongst places to stay in Whitehorse, this new hotel is one of the best. Brand new, spotlessly clean, polite service, a good bar/restaurant downstairs, and handily located not far from the river walk. Very good WiFi, decent in room amenities. A great place to stay.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The front desk customer service team is pleasant as always. I like the location of this hotel as I love to walk everywhere and it’s across from Gather which is one of my favourite places to eat in Whitehorse.

Excellent location in downtown Whitehorse. Most restaurants and shops were well within walking distance. Our room was a well appointed suite with a separate bedroom, full kitchen and very spacious. Seriously one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Staff was always helpful and prompt with requests. Adjoining restaurant had good food and parking was always available for both restaurant and Inn. I'll stay again.

Stylish, modern, spacious room. Check in is not until 4pm so had to leave my bag at reception. Not a huge problem but something to think about. Helpful, friendly staff. Location just on the outskirts of old downtown, close to the Yukon River and river pathway. .

We stayed for four nights, in the apartment suite with a separate king bedroom, a full kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed. The room had a lovely little balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the nearby park. The room was extremely clean - there was no dust anywhere and it came with everything that a family needed. I liked the wood floors, and the large dining table. Wifi was fast, and the bed was great! It was very comfortable and was conducive to a sound sleep. The sofa bed was good as well. No, it’s not a luxury suite but very much consistent with the spirit of the Yukon. If you need a lot of space, then this room is great. We particularly appreciated the number of outlets in the walls that allowed us to plug in our many electronics that we had brought with us. We could not hear anyone through the walls, which I always find annoying at some establishments. Staff at the front desk were always very friendly. There were some clothes, local handmade soap and jewelry, and other goods for sale as well as necessities. The elevator was quick and usually unoccupied. It only had a bath tub and not a separate shower, but it was good to see that the hotel listened to recommendations and now has the containers filled with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for guests. No slippers provided, just a robe and hairdryer. Lots of tissue boxes. The kitchen sink did not have any dish soap, but it did come with pods for the dishwasher and a new nespresso machine , along with complimentary coffee pods. We didn’t try the diner attached to it, but it always seemed quite busy. The hotel is situated close to everything one downtown Yukon, and also offers free parking across the street when the attached lot was full. If you want a nice, quiet, very clean and comfy place to stay, then this is it. Highly recommend it for family and friends alike!
