Great location. Comfy bed and nice breakfast

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a superb location. Our very spacious room was overlooking the harbour, a huge bay window, giving a fabulous view. The room was delightful, immaculately clean and equipped with everything you need. The mattress and bedding were superb, we both slept brilliantly. A big bathroom with lovely shower. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice including a vegetarian full version, which for me was such a bonus. We got a lovely welcome from all the staff and great service throughout our 3 night stay (I wish it could have been longer) they were all fantastic and could not do enough for you. We cannot wait to go back to this superb hotel, we will definitely be booking the same room next time, we loved it so much. 10/10 isn’t enough for our perfect stay. Thank You.

Had the chicken feast not really a feast 2 pieces of wgat can only be described as nuggets not strips 2 chicken wings and a flat piece of chicken breast not really a feast and a few measly chips ,My wife had the chicken burger one which consisted of chicken breast in crumbs and img one piece of limp lettuce no coleslaw no xtra salad on side ,You are better off going wetherspoons oh and dearest pub for a pint £11 quid for 2 drinks AVOID

Always have a fantastic stay here, just been for the weekend with family, 3 rooms all very spacious and well equipped, fresh water and milk on landing in fridge for all to use.. beautiful breakfast and stunning views of the harbour from rooms 1,2 and 4.

Went in Thursday 17/7 sat outside had a nice pint good atmosphere. Went again Friday evening but we were told not allowed in as wearing shorts!!! The bouncer looked like a tramp and was very rude which was unacceptable. 90% of the men in there had shorts on. We then went to The Pier sat outside with no problem, better beer Thank you Dolphin you did us a favour would not spend our money in your establishment again Wrong attitude and rude

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at The Dolphin. Absolutely faultless from start to finish. Friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast - tasty, freshly cooked and excellent choice on both mornings. Great choice of fresh coffees. Clean, comfortable, good sized room with a great en suite. Comfortable bed and spotless fluffy bedding. Great bath and power shower. Loved the fridge on the landing with milk and water - such a nice touch. Amazing view of goth weekend across the bridge. And all for a bargain price! Cannot recommend this place enough. We have already booked again for next year.
