Hotel in zona Provisioner - Better Half, Whistler

Great location but generally disappointing hotel. As is typical in Whistler, this hotel is very overpriced and tired. The rooms have clearly not be renovated in decades. The fact that the hotel's website lists a Spa Tub as one of the amenities is really a joke; to access the hot tub you have to walk through the kitchen of the restaurant and then all you find is a sad, small, gross bathtub inside a small room. For a ski resort hotel, especially one this expensive, this hot tub situation is pathetic. The room was lame as well; the heating/cooling system by the window was very old and difficult to control temperature comfort. Same goes with the shower; the temperature and pressure control was loose on the wall and wavered between way too hot and too cold. Staff were not very friendly in comparison to other hotels in Whistler I have stayed at. And the fact that the Ketel One Vodka Ice Room is accessed from the lobby of the hotel is quite awkward when you come home or leave. The bed was comfortable, though, and as I wrote the location is very good. Time for a very major renovation. I do not recommend this hotel unless options to be close to the central village are very limited.

Terrible customer service. We are leaving early for the airport today, so we asked to pay the bill last night. A lot of confusion by Reception occurred before we got the final details …( we only had 3 extra items on our bill as well as the room- so, not a complicated calculation ) we then went back to our room to transfer money onto our travel money card to pay for our bill. My husband went down to Reception to pay- (a new person on Reception) paid the bill - Staff member asked if it was Debit /credit card - my husband said several times Debit card. Bill paid he returned to the room. A telephone call from Reception, to say he (Staff Member) had used the wrong machine to pay and could we come back to Reception to pay our bill. On checking our account the money had been taken out of our account plus extra !! The staff member made a mistake which meant our debit card was overdrawn, with extra USD$ being used to pay for this extra 24$ plus a fee!!! We were certainly not going to pay out an extra $2000+ bill! We went to Reception to sort it- tel calls made to head of Reception - no answer. I asked for the details of the Hotel Manager to which the Staff member ever said there wasn’t a Hotel Manager ?!!!! I knew they wouldn’t be available but wanted the name & number . He was very unhelpful- eventually he told me there was a Manager!! I rang his number (it is late by this time, so knew I’d be only leaving a message) only to be told that this person had not set up an answering service… really? A manager of 2 Pan Pacific hotels in Whistler… The staff member gave me the number of the head of Reception- I left a message on her answering machine to contact us - outlining our issues. We are still waiting to hear back….. This hotel is expensive- that we don’t mind if we are having a nice time, but we haven’t slept all night with the worry of this & us needing to leave early. Including taxes the room has cost 660$ a night. This very stressful incident has spoilt a special occasion trip for us - we are leaving for the airport very upset at the way in which we have been treated. Paying your bill should be the easiest thing in the world- it should come as no surprise to the hotel, as everyone has to do it! Staff training is obviously an issue that needs sorting - you speak to a different person every time- we still have had no reply from the Head of Reception, absolutely shocking.

整體不錯，不過只能滿足基本需求，較深層未必能滿足到，這也是預料中的，好歹也只是三星酒店。但沒想到酒店房間裏連電熱水壺也沒有，又不知道要向櫃檯詢問才提供，最初要自行外出最近及全度假村唯一一間shoppers drug mart購買蒸餾水。當時已經入夜，又人生路不熟的關係，即使有Google Map也走了很多冤枉路才找到這間超市，位置比較偏僻。如果一早在房間有提供電水壺就可以自行燒水，不用這麼麻煩，而且水源也是屬於基本需求吧。回到酒店，忍不住嘗試詢問櫃檯才發現可以提供水壺，頓時覺得花了冤枉錢買水

Abbiamo soggiornato all'interno del Tantalus Lodge circa 13 anni fa e abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza. Le strutture sono un po' date, ma molto pulite. Forniscono la corretta configurazione del letto per la nostra famiglia. A metà pomeriggio del primo giorno, non avevamo ancora ricevuto servizi di custodia, anche se il sito web indica la custodia quotidiana e c'era la carta usuale nel bagno per riutilizzare i tuoi asciugamani. Ho chiamato il dipartimento di fronte e mi è stato detto che la custodia è disponibile solo il terzo giorno. Poiché eravamo solo quattro notti, sembrava un po' stupido, ma non ho detto nulla. Tuttavia nessuno si è mai presentato per pulire la nostra stanza. La spazzatura era inondata al momento in cui abbiamo controllato. Ci è una cucina piena, e abbiamo solo cucinato colazione. Immagina se avessimo cucinato anche noi! Gli ospiti dovrebbero essere informati al momento di verificare la politica e dovrebbe essere applicata una procedura per la gestione dei rifiuti, oltre che le tovaglie erano estremamente flessibili e difficili da usare per così tanti giorni in fila.

La camera era molto spaziosa e mi piaceva davvero la posizione di questo hotel. I ricevitori erano amici e la camera era molto pulita. E 'stato bello avere un bagno da bagno jacuzzi con molte camere! Vorrei visitare di nuovo. Grazie

La stanza è grande e confortevole. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Perche'sono cibo in cucina. Non ci sono lavamenti per andare al campo di neve la mattina, ma il personale del servizio della stanza d'albergo ci ha aiutati a lavare tutti. Inoltre, l'hotel ha un autobus gratuito per la stazione di ricarica nel campo della neve. Il conducente è anche molto amichevole. Anche se incontra nessun autobus speciale, c'è una stazione di bus che può prendere quattro autobus gratis nel campo della neve in quattro minuti. C'è un grande supermercato vicino all'hotel in due minuti, super comodo, e c'è un ufficio postale in tre minuti, ma la stazione principale del bus turistico/bus è a distanza da qui, circa 7 minuti, e se c'è più bagagli, è psicologico.C'è lavastoviglie e lavastoviglie gratuitamente all'hotel! E'molto conveniente per gli ospiti che soggiornano più di due notti.

La zona della stanza è molto buona. Due letti Queen sono quattro persone che dormono bene. Infatti, sono stati preparati direttamente quattro salsicce nella stanza.La bistecca e la zuppa del ristorante sono stati fatti sul posto davanti al tavolo da pranzo, e sono molto deliziosi.Ottobre, il pacchetto di quattro piatti è stato venduto solo 60 centesimi. Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, quindi questa montagna distante dovrebbe essere standard di cinque stelle.

Il processo di check-in e check-out era smooth. Il desk front era amichevole. La stanza era pulita. Buona cucina attrezzata. Posizione saggia, si trova al di sopra del villaggio Blackcomb, è a circa 8 minuti a piedi a ristoranti o supermercato. Parcheggio era 22 CAD

Il nostro soggiorno in Evolution è stato fatto come un'idea di andare a un hotel regolare la prossima volta che siamo a Whistler (precedentemente soggiornato presso l'Fairmount Hotel’s ). La nostra suite era pulita, spaziosa, con moderne strutture - apparecchiature di fine superiore, tubo di soffitto e doccia, pavimenti in bagno riscaldati, un posto in fiamme - tutto ciò che la famiglia avrebbe bisogno. Mi sono impressionato che fornivano anche pozzi per lavare i bagni e sapone per lavare i bagni. La piscina era piccola ma disponibile per prenotare per mantenere i numeri bassi a causa COVID-19. Abbiamo anche apprezzato l'11:00 al check out. Torneremo e speriamo che poi si apriranno la sala da gioco, la sauna, la sala da vapore e il giardino.

Abbiamo stabilito due camere per una camera tranquilla. L'ultima posizione dell'angolo è molto comoda. È vicino a una piccola acqua. La voce dell'acqua fluida è troppo comoda per ascoltare la notte.La cucina e la sala sono molto ampie.L'unica insufficiente bellezza è lasciare la stanza alle 11 di mattina. Non è ancora arrivato a godere della piscina e di altre strutture.
