Terrible customer service. We are leaving early for the airport today, so we asked to pay the bill last night. A lot of confusion by Reception occurred before we got the final details …( we only had 3 extra items on our bill as well as the room- so, not a complicated calculation ) we then went back to our room to transfer money onto our travel money card to pay for our bill. My husband went down to Reception to pay- (a new person on Reception) paid the bill - Staff member asked if it was Debit /credit card - my husband said several times Debit card. Bill paid he returned to the room. A telephone call from Reception, to say he (Staff Member) had used the wrong machine to pay and could we come back to Reception to pay our bill. On checking our account the money had been taken out of our account plus extra !! The staff member made a mistake which meant our debit card was overdrawn, with extra USD$ being used to pay for this extra 24$ plus a fee!!! We were certainly not going to pay out an extra $2000+ bill! We went to Reception to sort it- tel calls made to head of Reception - no answer. I asked for the details of the Hotel Manager to which the Staff member ever said there wasn’t a Hotel Manager ?!!!! I knew they wouldn’t be available but wanted the name & number . He was very unhelpful- eventually he told me there was a Manager!! I rang his number (it is late by this time, so knew I’d be only leaving a message) only to be told that this person had not set up an answering service… really? A manager of 2 Pan Pacific hotels in Whistler… The staff member gave me the number of the head of Reception- I left a message on her answering machine to contact us - outlining our issues. We are still waiting to hear back….. This hotel is expensive- that we don’t mind if we are having a nice time, but we haven’t slept all night with the worry of this & us needing to leave early. Including taxes the room has cost 660$ a night. This very stressful incident has spoilt a special occasion trip for us - we are leaving for the airport very upset at the way in which we have been treated. Paying your bill should be the easiest thing in the world- it should come as no surprise to the hotel, as everyone has to do it! Staff training is obviously an issue that needs sorting - you speak to a different person every time- we still have had no reply from the Head of Reception, absolutely shocking.

Whistler, visitato durante la stagione di Natale, era troppo costoso per tutti i alloggi. Pangea Pot Hotel che ho trovato. Anche se il nome è un hotel, aprire e chiudere la porta con cortina è in realtà una camera da letto di capsula come una casa degli ospiti Ma a differenza della preoccupazione, l'isolamento sonoro è anche molto buono, e si può riposare facilmente. C'era una macchina che poteva farlo, ma non suonava bene fuori nonostante il suono forte. Era uno spazio diretto, quindi era quasi stufo, ma era ok con la funzione fan. La posizione era la migliore posizione nella Village Olimpica ☺️

Mio marito e io siamo appena tornati da soggiornare quattro notti all'hotel Mountain Side nel cuore del villaggio di Whistler. Questa è la nostra terza volta all'hotel, e ci siamo divertiti tutti i momenti. Abbiamo avuto una piccola suite che è venuta con una cucina ben attrezzata, e un letto di Queen Murphy. L'hotel è molto pulito e tranquillo.Abbiamo portato le nostre biciclette e il deposito di biciclette sicure è un luogo sicuro per lasciarli. Il personale è tutti amichevole e utile. Vorremmo fare un grido a “Kate” al di fuori del desk. Kate sta andando molto fuori e fa un ottimo lavoro con il suo servizio clienti. Anche se era stato un anno intero da quando siamo rimasti l'ultima volta, Kate ci ricordava e ci ha dato un caloroso benvenuto! L'hotel Mountain Side ha un 2 pollici in alto da noi!

Il servizio dell'hotel era anche molto bello, e la stanza era esattamente come volevamo. Non abbiamo potuto usare il tubo caldo/la sauna, ma anche sembrava intrigante! Mi piaceva quanto fosse conveniente il posto al resto del villaggio di whistler, sarebbe tornato!
