Bed Bugs! Dozens of bites appeared the following day of my stay. Contacted hotel, offered a full refund and promised to address the infestation. Now, after 2 months roughly, I have yet to receive a refund and 2 follow up email were ignored regarding it. Just given the way the refund was handled, I doubt they addressed the bug infestation either. Save yourself the headache and choose elsewhere.

The hotel is easily accessible from the interstate and in a great location. Numerous shopping and restaurant options surround the hotel property. There is plenty of complimentary parking. The hotel grounds and common areas were clean and well-maintained. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. I did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast option so I have a basis for feedback. It was a great experience from start to finish and I will select this property when I am back in the Wheeling area!

Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Good breakfast. The staff took care of us when we wanted to extend our stay. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Lifetime Platinum with Bonvoy. I will stay here agin when I come back to the Ohio Valley.

We have stayed here the last few years for our week in Wheeling and have found this to be one of the best hotels in the area. The hotel is in a convenient location in the Highlands development with many stores and restaurants in the immediate area. Hotel was well maintained and the room and public areas were spotless. The room had nice decor. Staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. I don't expect a lot from the free breakfast but this one was above average and the assortment was changed each day of our stay. This is our choice when in the Wheeling area.

My wife and I stay here often when traveling to see family in the Midwest. Our most recent stay was early April 2024. Brandon checked us in quickly and efficiently, and unlike previous stays they automatically honored our standing profile request for a high floor. Like many (most?) of the lower-end Marriott properties they often seem to be understaffed, but the staff members we've met have always been friendly and helpful. This is a good place to stay if you're passing through the Triadelphia area.

Came into town for a soccer game. Liked the area, as there was food and shopping within walking distance. Disappointed with three main things. (1) I am Titanium with Marriott, but there was no mention of this at check-in. Not a big deal. (2) I paid extra for 2Q, but I received a room with 1K. Slight deal, but still not a huge issue. (3) There was no mention of a planned power outage at check-in, but I saw a sign posted in the elevator about this on my way to my room. By now it was too late in the night to scramble for a new hotel + I had already checked in. This was unacceptable. Very disappointed to not have AC for 4 hours at night. Plus, the emergency lights in the hallway did not work, so they had to attach glow sticks to them.

My family and I were going to go to a different hotel after already booking this one because the location was further away from our destination than we had anticipated. But after speaking with the front desk, we decided to stay because they were very helpful and understanding, especially Brandon. When we got to the room, it was extremely nice and very clean. Will stay here again!

RUN AWAY! If I could leave zero stars I would. I was humiliated and violated by the staff here. Threatened and made to feel less than a human after my reservation had a tiny mistake on it. Brandon at the front desk is extremely volatile, hostile and threatening with women especially. Jim the GM is unhelpful, condescending and unapologetic for the disturbing behavior of his staff and takes zero pride in assisting guests of the hotel. This is the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel PLEASE do not stay here. I have ensured to lodge complaints of this experience with Marriot corporate and the better business bureau. I fear for those who interact with Brandon and Jim. Good luck if you stay here folks if you see this RUN away from this hotel fast!
