Had a one bed unit and it was great. We were there for 4 nights. Everything was spotless and plenty of utensils for cooking too. Not far from shops and restaurants, we had a takeaway delivery that was great too. We will book again when down this way. So comfortable and staff superb. Thank you.

The motel unit was well sized, with good quality fittings. New and fresh linen. There was a carpark right outside. On a main road but not too much road noise-our unit was at the far end of the motel units. Smooth check in and staff were helpful with good local knowledge.

Wonderful, Reception very pleasant A good sized room and relaxing chairs for the TV watching, good heating. Everything was beaut and clean. The shower was beaut, A de longhi coffee maker a nice touch. Nothing to fault at all I would highly recommend!! The bed was great to sleep in .

37 The Landing is a beautiful place to stay. From the time we arrived at reception to be greeted by smiles to the room itself. Everything is wonderful. The room is spotless, the bathroom is spacious, the bed is comfortable. We stay here whenever we are in Whakatane and rate it highly.

We stayed as a family over the New Year period and were super happy to have booked at 37 The Landing as this was a super comfortable stay. The apartment was exactly as the photos - perhaps even nicer, as this place is very well kept, the apartment felt brand new, and the team here have been fantastic.

Stayed 4 nights in a Studio spa room. Lovely clean modern room, quality bedding, double glazing, hardly any exterior sound, great shower and spa bath. Has a heat pump and numbered parking. Just a short car ride over to Ohope Beach. Great hosts. Would defiantely stay again.

Would absolutely recommend this motel to anyone looking for accommodation in Whakatane. We were only there one night as we were passing through, but it's the kind of place you would return to just for the accommodation and then see what Whakatane has to offer. Hosts were lovely, room was quiet, modern, clean and super comfortable. Don't even get me started on the amazing giant spa bath or beautiful cooked breakfast that was better than I've had at a number of cafes. We will 100% return, and for longer next time!
