Wow … Have just returned from a weekend away with “10 ladies of a certain age” to celebrate a 70th Birthday … We had the whole accommodation to ourselves and Lynne was very accommodating with all our requirements… The house is fitted out to a very high standard… Lots of lovely touches , with the rooms and living areas very comfortable.. Added bonus to have private parking and great location to the beach , restaurants and walking distance to the town and harbour … You will definitely not be disappointed with this guest house … Thanks Lynne for a fabulous time …

A comfortable, stylish Guest House, situated in an appropriate setting for the beautiful Weymouth Bay, within a short walking distance from all amenities and activities. Lynne and Andy were very hospitable and kind to us and offered a varied menu for breakfast which we all enjoyed. Even the comfort of a cosy lounge which overlooks St John’s Church with its stunning spire

Saturday 6th September. Another great stay at this guest house with the extra bonus of afternoon tea before going out for the evening. My wife being vegetarian was well looked after with the choices of sandwiches and cakes as we're the rest of us. With it being just a 3 minute walk to the Weymouth area of bars and restaurants the location of this guest house is perfect. We stayed in the same room as last time, clean tidy ample tea and coffee and a few small packets of Haribo which was a nice touch. Again breakfast was fabulous, this time I had eggs benedict and have to say it was one of the best I have ever had 10/10. Both us and our friends are already talking about returning to this guest house some time in the future. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Andy & Jill

Well once again from the time we walked in the service was exceptional, we went with friends and had the afternoon tea which was catered to our needs and absolutely delicious, would definitely highly recommend it if you haven’t had it before.. Lynne and Andy are just the perfect hosts they can’t do enough for you the breakfast is great.. we will be going back again.

This is the second time we have stayed at St John's Guest House. Lynne & Andy are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, including a selection of tea & coffee, a mini fridge, hair-dryer and a fan. There is a car park to the rear of the property which is a bonus. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice/selection. The guest house is ideally located - with a wide range of places to eat/drink within easy reach. Highly recommend - we will definitely visit again.

Lynne and Andy are really great friendly people they make you feel at home nothing is too much trouble the best guest house we have stayed at have already booked to go back in October and the breakfast is amazing would highly recommend you are within walking distance to everything you need

This our 6th stay at St johns and as always it was brilliant lynn and andy are fantastic and cant do enough for you breakfast was amazing and the room was lovely, anyone looking for a stay in weymouth this is the best guest house there is we love it so much we booked for next year before we left

We live in Weymouth and this is our place of choice to go for an Afternoon Tea. It’s a must! Homemade! Delicious and a calming atmosphere. Lynne is a super star host and makes the afternoon a delight! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
