Will visit again shower to die for .but best nights sleep we had for long time The only let down was breakfast in brewers inn next door NO GLUTEN FREE STUFF FOR BREAKFAST

They forgot we has early check-in, had to wait an hour. Room was cleaned in a rush. AC didn't work, shower leaked, and was only given 1 towel. The Brewers fayre next to the hotel shut early, said 23.00 shut at 22.00. Chaos at breakfast, won't be going there again, and I wasn't the only one.

Beware, no lift to rooms. No lounge to sit in at night and disabled facilities very poor. You also have to go out to the pub for your food!! Check in staff were very good and helpful but other than not much going for it really. Better paying a bit more for a good hotel

The hotel is in a great location and parking is good. A friendly reception. On entering our room it smelt unpleasant, musty and of old cigarette smoke. The handsoap was dirty too. The bathroom mould was bad and carpet unclean. Just felt a bit old. We reported our concerns to reception and asked if we could change rooms. No other rooms were available, so the receptionist said she’d have a look while we went out. She’s done her best at having a clean of the mould , but it shouldn’t have been left like it. It was a very disappointing experience as usually premier inn is consistently good.

We have stayed at this Premier Inn on a number of occasions and have always enjoyed our time there. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite. We like the proximity to the sea front and enjoy the walk into the town, although those with mobility problems may find it too far. We certainly hope to stay here again.

I’ve given this a 1* as I had to score but in reality it was a 0* we stayed here for the bank holiday weekend , my son woke up covered in bed bug bites, which he then had a reaction to meaning we had to go to the local A&E. On phoning the hotel to speak to someone about this I spoke to ‘Laura’ ( I’m hesitant that was even her name as she firstly put the phone down when I asked for her name as yes we will be putting a full complaint in). The attitude we received was a ‘what would you like me to do about it ‘ attitude , there’s nothing we can do we’re fully booked is all we were told. I had to ask for the bedding to be changed as she didn’t offer. We went back to the hotel after the hospital visit to discuss the bedding and only on us mentioning that we needed to go to A&E did she then say I will ring my manager to see what can be done! We were then moved to an alternative room as no one had checked into that room at that time. Not sure why that was not done in the first place ! The experience we have had has ruined our stay, which is a shame as we love Weymouth and had stayed in this hotel many times! Safe to say we will not be staying again!
