Hotel in zona Ev. Sankt Laurentius Kirche Reichelsheim (Wetterau), Wetteraukreis

Huge hotel set in woodland. Conference going on had great trouble getting parked. Once parked you walk down a slope to the hotel. Disabled parking beside normal parking but blocked by a skip. Strange room. No TV reception. No fridge. There was an air con machine but it was so noisy to use. In the bathroom there was no place to put shampoo, body wash etc except on the base of the shower. The shower flooded and water ran under the door but obviously not a new problem as bottom of the door was warped. Had to use towels on the floor to avoid slipping. No good when you have mobility issues and are older. Not much personality from reception staff. No information volunteered re restaurant etc. There appeared to be some kind of buffet containers outside all containing food and open to the flies but nobody about. The town is around 2 mins away once you leave the hotel where we chose to eat in a lovely Vietnamese restaurant. Fantastic meal. Breakfast. Such a long walk along corridor once you leave the lift. Buffet was good with a varied selection. Well staffed and clean tables.

Hotel, camera, posizione, parcheggio, servizio, ristorante. L'unico problema era la forma nella doccia, molto. Fortunatamente abbiamo avuto raffreddi da indossare nella doccia. P.S. Non ho notato se c'era un A/C nella stanza, dal momento che il nostro soggiorno in ottobre non avevamo bisogno di A/C comunque.

Am Rande von Kurpark und Fußgängerzone gelegen. Parkhaus für 10€/24 Std. an der Rezeption mitzahlen, dann gilt der günstige Tarif. Man kommt mit dem Aufzug vom Parkhaus direkt in die Lobby. Check in. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer (comfort) auf der 3. Etage sehr gross. Viel Ablagefläche. Bad könnte einen Ticken grösser sein, aber ok. Ebenerdige Dusche und grosser Waschtisch. Kleiner Heizkörper darunter, so kann man in der kalten Jahreszeit auch das Bad schön heizen. Es gibt Seife, Shampoo und Duschlotion in Kleinstpackung. Das Zimmer/Bad sehr sauber, ABER, jetzt kommt das Aber. Die Zimmer könnten einen freundlicheren Anstrich vertragen. Und es liegt im Flur und auf den Zimmern noch Teppich. Das ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Ansonsten gab es noch einen Sessel mit Fußhocker, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und einen kleinen Tisch mit Stuhl. Unser Zimmer hatte leider keinen Balkon, aber das Fenster ließ sich komplett öffnen. Mit Blick zum Park. Blickdichter Vorhang. Im Eingangsbereich und in den Aufzügen müsste dringend mal Hand angelegt werden. Teppiche ausgefranst und mittlerweile sieht man die jahrelange Nutzung. Leider war die Bar geschlossen. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet. Frühstück aktuell von 6.30-10.30. Morgens ganz früh die schönste Ruhe. Ich zähle jetzt nicht alles auf, aber muss sagen, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Klar, könnte die Auswahl immer etwas mehr sein, aber es gab für alle was. Kaffee wird in einer Kanne am Tisch serviert. Man kann sich aber auch Espresso usw. bestellen. Auch bei den Eiern, Rühr und gekochtes am Buffet, auf Wunsch gibt es aber auch Spiegelei. Es gibt für jeden Gast eigenes Vorlagebesteck (wird aber irgendwie kaum genutzt) Das Personal sehr freundlich. Jeder Tisch wurde vor dem nächsten Gast desinfiziert. Vor Zutritt wird der Test/Impfstatus geprüft. Normalerweise macht die Rezeption einen Hinweis auf die Mappe mit den Zimmerkarten, dann muss man nur diese vorzeigen. War bei uns vergessen worden. Pool/Sauna muss zur Zeit vorreserviert werden. Es gibt stündliche Zeitfenster. Wir waren dann für eine Stunde alleine im Pool. Klein, aber fein. Temperatur ok. Es gibt extra Handtücher im Pool/Saunabereich. Auch wenn etwas altbacken von der Einrichtung her, hat uns die Lage überzeugt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

La posizione è conveniente per guidare, ma è un po'di distanza dalla stazione ferroviaria Gison. La notte è 20 euro, quindici minuti di distanza. E' conveniente per soggiornare in una stazione di partenza.

Quite disappointed. After first night room was not made. We where told that we had declined service and got a voucher for a drink - nonsens. I would never do that. They apologized and said it was a mistake in the computer. This morning before we left we met the housekeeping manager on the hallway and asked him not to forgot to have our room made. He said, no problem - had the room number... We returned at 6:00pm no room made. I try to call rece[ption. no answer. I go down, a young man told me that we had declined housekeeping and got a voucher. I said we had the same discussion yesterday and had been assured it would not happen again. I wanted to talk to the manager. He was off. the front office gentleman was the only employee in the hotel ?!? He said there is nothing he could do. When he after I told him that we at least need towels, came up, my wife said - come in... he responded harshly - ”wie reden sie mit mir” - which means ”how are you talking to me”, in a rude way. After many years coming to this hotel, this was surely the last time. Just by the way - breakfast staff was also Ignorant and not friendly at all, kind of ”don't bother me”.

Piattaforma perfetta per eventi: tranquillo, lontano da Frankfurter-Trubels! In febbraio 2024 abbiamo organizzato un evento commerciale con 40 persone nel Dorint Hotel Bad Vilbel. Si tratta di un evento di giorno e di sera, e tutto il processo di esecuzione, con i miei desideri di dettaglio fino alla giornata dell'evento, è stato obbligatorio, tempestivo e professionale. La sala di riunione è chiara e ciò che si richiede di tecnica è completamente sufficiente. A seconda dell'entità dell'evento, si dovrebbe aggiungere la tecnica esterna offerta dall'hotel. Il pranzo di benvenuto nel bar è stato creativo e molto delizioso nella presentazione. Si sono risposte a richieste speciali in anticipo in materia di intolleranza / allergie e sono state prese in considerazione dalla squadra cucina. Per la sera abbiamo fatto sì che si svolgesse un evento ”side” sulla bella terrazza tranquilla, e anche qui, in anticipo, le consultazioni dettagliate con un altro fornitore di servizi erano semplici e professionali. Un'autostrada con il mago della cabina d'inverno è stato un evento di squadra di successo. La cena nella brasserie adiacente ha avuto un alto livello. Nessuna traccia di ”chicchi di panino puliti”. Cosa qui la squadra del signor Jonas Graf (direttore del ristorante di Sommelier ) incantato sul tavolo, cercando la sua stessa. L'intera squadra di servizio, era attento, veloce e molto gentile. Non si ottiene niente ”dalla barra”. Il bar era anche professionale - i ”Ragazzi dietro il bar” sapevano cosa fare! Un luogo assolutamente consigliabile per l'evento con gli ospiti di notte!
