We stayed overnight in Weston super Mare en route to Devon the next day. The location was ideal. The room was good and we enjoyed breakfast. The staff were very helpful.

It was perfect for us for a 3 night stay as we had business in the area. It was welcoming, helpful and next door was a nice restaurant bar. I would stay again. Very close to the helicopter museum.

Overall the environment was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. There were lots of parking spaces. The location was good.

Weston super mare travelodge ……. Blood stained mattress Urine or sweat stained mattress Someones hair all in the bed Rusty water taps Filthy toilet seat Bathmat edges grimy Mouldy shower curtain No one on desk at check in (both smoking put the front) Breakfast was buffet style but cold! Noise waking my children up and scaring them at around 1/2 am of some girls smashing into walls and banging on doors (this might not be travel lodges fault but it just adds to the disappointment) I complained via their complaints route, then had to email through PayPal as they didn’t respond after approximately 3 weeks, they gave me £35 off (the total bill was about £140 inc a diabolical breakfast), I complained about that…. They said their is nothing they can do further….. so Travelodge ….. this is how you expect your customers to stay for £100 a night.

Good value for money. As good as more expensive places. Great staff. Had pizzas while they great quality.

Stopped for one night on the way to Cornwall. We were welcomed to the hotel and found our room was clean and bright. We chose to get a local bus to the seafront, but were advised they were not very punctual, the receptionist ordered us a taxi and talked through some options of places to visit on the seafront while we waited for it. Far above what you can expect from a budget hotel.

Hotel was in a good position very clean and pleasant great to have nice pub near that had a good menu. Only disappointing thing was the bed was very uncomfortable
