Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare (Seafront)

Excellent large bed and mattress excellent shower had good sleep!!will stay again!!

My husband & I stayed here for 3 nights for a short break. We informed the hotel in advance that it was our wedding anniversary & our room was decorated with banners, as well as some treats & a card, which was a lovely gesture. We had an accessible room, as my husband is a wheelchair user & it was very spacious, with a huge bed that was put on raisers as I'd requested in advance. The bathroom facilities were excellent & perfect for my disabled husband, who found the shower particularly good. There was plenty of tea/coffee available that you can top up from supplies in reception, so you shouldn't run out. Large TV in the room, decent hairdryer & even instructions on how to regulate the heating/air con. Breakfast was decent, with cereals & continental choice available & hot food made to order (week days). Evening meals were also good - generous portions, arrived quickly & very tasty. The staff are wonderful here - we have to mention Nathan, who was attentive, pleasant & went out of his way to ensure all guests were satisfied. The hotel is also in a good location for all the amenities, with the seafront, pier & shopping centre all within a short walking distance.

Came here for one night only. Reasonable price. Staff was friendly and there are donations for toiletries if you need . Room was bigger than expected, clean with comfy bed. The shower was a bit weak unfortunately but still manageable. Free WiFi is good.

Fantastic stay. The service was excellent with the staff showing a genuine interest in ensuring everyone was happy. The check in right through to check out, anyone we encountered seemed happy to work there. Breakfast was cooked well, fresh and good availability. Would definitely stay again.

Couldn't fault the hotel staff but the room way too hot. Centrally controled air conditioning apparently which didn't hardly work. Had to keep curtains constantly shut due to room being like a green house. Wife actually passed out in the Sunday night room so hot. Had to soak a towel to cool her down...

A great stay again, went out of season and got a good price on the room rate , always book the premium rooms . Nice view of the Seafront. Only downside is the pub attached, while I understand it's not operated by Premier Inn, its bloody terrible. Breakfast is sold as a buffet, it wasn't ! and while the food was ok there was only instant coffee on offer as the machine was broken. Who the hell drinks that rubbish these days ?. Honestly that probably annoyed me the most . It also drags down the value of the breakfast in my opinion. I would rather pay extra and eat elsewhere with decent coffee. If you're on a budget and don't mind poor quality then give them your business.
