Shocking. My husband's parent's from Sydney have had Christmas reservations at the hotel booked for MONTHS and were told today without warning that their accommodation has been cancelled. Absolutely crap. DO NOT BOOK HERE OR ANY OTHER ABODE

Dirty, stained , left after two days booked for 7. Pillows empty. Light flickers. Looked like rat poo in the carpet. It smelt revolting. No toiletries . Holes in walls. Tables were t clean. Couch was old and wrinkled. Air conditioner is old. No tv in bedroom

A good location in southern Canberra, excellent rooms attended to by great staff and kept in tip top condition. Whether it be a one night stay or a week, it would be hard to find a better place. We had a Junior Suite for one night and there was everything we needed and more. The full laundry tucked away in the bathroom would be great for anyone having an extended stay and the fully equipped kitchen would just top it off. Undercover parking is a plus, the only drawback being that one has to park off site to book in at reception.

I have travelled Australia and the world whilst working for 50 years, I am now retired and with a daughter in Tuggerong. We booked into the Abode apartments in Tuggerong 150 Anketell St Greenway. As my wife is disabled we asked for on booking and were assured of a ground floor and a wheel chair friendly room. We were subsequently issued a room on the fourth floor and I could not get my wife's wheelchair into to tiny bedroom. I was told we would not be moved so I had to manually manoeuvre her bed for access. The toilet seat is not affixed and after calling a maintainer several times I have given up and my wife I are now forced to sit on the porcelain toilet bowl. The TV has Google Cast, or so its advertised and its as easy as 1, 2 3 to connect. Four maintainers/staff members have tried to connect and have now just given up. So no Chrome Cast but I do have free to air but no access to the programs my wife and I like to watch. We have now been her 48 hours and our room has not been cleaned. Everywhere else I have ever stayed, unless I have indicated Do Not Disturb, the bed has been mad or changed regularly, the towels changed and the bathroom and toilet cleaned. Tea and coffee and also topped up. Well the bin was actually emptied, but rubbish that had fallen out was still left on the floor.

Great location next to a shopping centre. The appartment was clean and comfortable. The bedroom was minute and getting around the bed to the cupboard was tight. Bathroom and shower pressure excellent. Kitchen had everything you need. Wifi was fine . Reception not the friendliest but did the job. Parking was underneath the building, plenty of it and free. We would happily stay there again.
