PROs: Beautiful grounds, great restaurants, friendly staff, nice pool area to relax, and bikes to use with first hour free. CONS: Room shower and sink was badly clogged, there were some questionable guests during our 3 night stay...one guest talking to herself for hours at the pool, 2 police investigating a guest in room right next to us, and an attempted lobby ATM theft! Overall it was a lovely stay as the atmosphere was laid back and grounds were tranquil with beautiful views. We got a small credit for the clogged drains, but we should have just requested a new room.

We were at an outside wedding on the lawn. Thought there might be shade or water sprays around. Nothing. The reception was in the Provence room. Unfortunately there was another function below our room that played extremely loud music not enabling us to hear the father of the bride speech. Very disappointing planning by the hotel banquet staff. Think twice before booking this venue.

I would like to recognize Patrick who helped me find my car in the parking lot. Initially, I thought it was stolen. Patrick took the time to check the Inn's cameras and searched the entire parking lot in his cart. It turns out my car was parked in the adjacent parking lot which looked similar to the one I went to. WVI is lucky to have employees like Patrick. Our world needs more employees like him!

This hotel is a mere name now. It's dirty, staff at the spa are unbearably rude as we all pay a fortune. The hir salon has one grumpy older woman with never one client I've seen. My hair she turned into what she wanted! Refused to adhere to mu wishes then wanted '880.00. Yes. Eight hundred and tightly dollars! I didn't even get my hair cut and shedding a fake Brazilian on me for 600.! Today it's dry and frizzy. I just went to return an unopened hair spray and Linda spa manager took it from me! From my purse and hands to her keeping it! I found a manager. He made her.give it back to me! I'm 71 and I'm sad to say the 4 Seasons is low.budget in Weslake Village. Go to Burke Williams on Topanga.

Our whole experience here was terrific, from start to finish. We attended a wedding nearby and we stayed here with family and friends, it couldn't have been nicer, cleaner, friendlier and happier, I would definitely recommend. The gardens are beautiful, the restaurants delicious, it was really tranquil and gorgeous. Everyone super efficient.

The grounds are just stunning and make you feel away from it all with a true resort feel. Our room was sparkling clean with wonderful linens. I will piggyback on another review that shared travelers should call to book a reservation as opposed fo booking direct online— we did the latter and they were missing our reservation when we arrived. They were able to sort it out within 5 minutes in our desired room type so all was well remedied. I love how large the property is with several restaurants, etc; however, if you don’t like/are not able to walk far, make sure you request to be near the restaurants as it was a bit of a walk from our room. Moreover, I loved how we could self park outside of our building, but without valet/bell hop we had to carry our own luggage up the stairs to our second floor suite. Perhaps they would have sent help if we would have asked: this isn’t a negative, just an FYI. The only room for improvement I would suggest is for the check in to share more about what restaurants are on property, their opening/closing times, etc. They were kind to answer any questions, but an overall feel of the property would have been welcomed. In closing, we can’t wait to return as it’s a really lovely property.

We had the best time here. The grounds have so much to offer. Fine restaurants, Bochi ball, outdoor pizza, medi spa, a lake and much more! Movie stars and famous people are always there, and the live music is amazing. There is many attractions on the premises, such as Stonehaus, Medi Spa Relai, Mediterraneo, and now the New Club Louie’s.

We loved this place! We were there for a wedding and the venue on the lake was beautiful for the rehearsal dinner. Our room overlooked the lake and had a stream right next to it. It also overlooked the golf course. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Inn.
