Hotel in zona LOFT, Westlake

The hotel was in a good location, quick trip to stores & restaurants. The service was decent, staff sent texts, checking in during our stay if we needed anything. Besides the location, my main reason for choosing this hotel were the amenities, however, upon arrival we found the hot tub was broken along with the fire pit. Since the hot tub was down, I wanted to upgrade my room to include a whirlpool which was declined. It did the job of having a place to stay but for price & poor service for my birthday, the likelihood of my staying at Cambria again is very slim.

Questo è un ottimo hotel per un rapido arresto durante il viaggio. O, se hai bisogno di un posto per qualche giorno. E 'in una buona posizione e facile da trovare l'autostrada. Le letti erano comodi, il bagno era ben illuminato, la testa del doccia era ben pressione e l'AC manteneva le cose a una temperatura comoda. Il colazione è buono con molte opzioni disponibili.

My rating is based mainly on the hospitality of the staff. So when reading this keep that in mind. I decided to stay here before my trip to Punta Cana and while it does need some tender loving care the staff went above and beyond to try their hardest and accommodate with what they had. My first room had a Heating and Air conditioner that's when the fan started up sounded like the prop of a aircraft starting to turn. ( Hear the video below) As you can image sleeping that night was a little tough because even with turning it completely off it still had a protection mode where it would turn it self on and make the sound every 10 minutes. This rooms TV the sound was also muffled so I think the speaker was messed up. On the plus side the water pressure in the shower was amazing and the WIFI was incredible so good I was able to even use my VR while in the Hotel while is pretty rare. While all this was going on they did have a fire alarm go off but it was handled in a very professional manner and it was due to the heated pool and how cold outside it was. There was no fire just a fluke that the sensor falsely detected it so they were working on that today when I left. I spoke with Lisa at the front desk about the Heater sound issue and we tried to put me in a few other rooms but they all had some issues too one had a broken wheel to the desk table so it just fell and another didn't have the best wifi. I asked to just have the Heat/Ac disabled and I would try to work in the room without it. They did that and even offered me a space heater. This by the way is above and beyond for a hotel!!! After a bit I took Lisa up on this offer and eventually I got too cold and decided I should probably change rooms she found another one right next door it appeared everything looked great so I moved it wasn't till the morning I found out the shower door was misaligned so when you close it, it just opens on it owns kinda annoying but I know after letting them know about all of this I am confident these issues will be resolved next time. You can fix all this stuff you can't fix staff and their staff in my opinion are rock solid and I would stay there again for that reason alone. Breakfast I thought was really good too they have these Quiche's that they get from Gordon foods that are so yummy and they switch out the meat, have a waffle station along with multiple drink options and fruit. (see pics of this) The restaurant next door (I will do a separate review on) but they are also pretty amazing and if you stay here and eat there they give you a 15% discount so keep that in mind! Tips to the management to make this a great property: Fitness Room: Add Treadmill, Make filtered water colder Room 124: Fix shower door alignment Room 125: Fix desk wheel on table leg or fully replace Room 126: Fully replace HVAC with newer unit, replace TV In all rooms I would check for stained curtains and make sure you have mattress protectors LIsa needs a raise for the level of profes

Stayed the same weekend that both the baseball and football teams were playing at home, so all the hotel rooms in Cleveland were over priced. This was the most reasonably priced, was only 20 minutes from the ballfield. Appreciate the ability to check in early online and pick your own room. Although the hotel is right by the airport, the soundproofing is great and we did not hear any of the planes. Could actually see the planes coming in to land which was neat. The room was spacious, had a king size bed. The room was clean with comfortable bed and pillows. Appreciated the Keurig in the room, as there was no coffee available in the lobby. The TV in the room was actually quite large in size compared to most.We did not try the hotel room service or a restaurant as we mainly just used it to sleep. The blackout shades were not the most effective and would have appreciated if housekeeping did not knock in the morning when we had left the privacy sign on the door. Noon checkout time is great. Overall very solid establishment, Do appreciate hotels that for the same price provide free breakfast in the morning but this was not one of them.

Enjoyed our stay. Giving you a 9. The renovations as really nice. The breakfast was decent with multiple choices. They had egg white and cheese omelettes, pork and turkey sausage, oatmeal, sausage gravy, pancakes, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, cinnamon rolls and assorted juices and bread. The reason you got a 9 instead of 10 is because I handed you my credit card upon checking in and money when purchased an item from the market. I placed the card and money in your hand and when you returned the card and change from my purchase back to me it was laid on the counter both times as I had my hand out for you to place it there. If I place something in your hand I expect and appreciate it that you would place it back in my hand. This small gesture will take the perception of your customer service a long way. It comes of as disrespectful when you place my things on the counter for me to pick up.

La camera era grande e pulita, la camera da bagno era pulita, il letto era comodo. Una denuncia comune che ho da presentare presso Courtyard Hotels è che le bottiglie di shampoo, condizionatore e gel da doccia montati sul muro hanno grafici orribili. Dobbiamo ottenere i nostri occhiali e leggere le etichette in luce molto forte. In questo hotel, una bottiglia era uscito dal muro e non era stata riattivata. Inoltre, questo hotel aveva tazze e occhiali di plastica. Almeno i pezzi di rimorchio erano ordinari, senza i posti strani che devono essere inseriti in un allegato.

Il cameriere del fronte era fantastico. La stanza era fantastica. La stanza era fantastica e il colazione era fantastica. Solo la denuncia è che la piscina era davvero fredda.
