African Hills Safari Lodge & Spa

My stay at African Hills Safari Lodge and Spa was truly memorable. The highlight of my visit was the incredible Elephant Experience, which was both educational and inspiring. The guides were exceptionally knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the reserve and its rich history, which made every activity more meaningful. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, African Hills offers a wonderful mix of wildlife, history, and comfort, making it a destination I’d highly recommend.

Great that the resort is so close to Joburg/West Rand etc without having to drive for hours. I stayed here at end of a short business trip staying in Hotel in Rosebank… wanted to spend last day/ night in the bush before midnight flight back to Europe!

What a beautiful lodge! The service was wonderful, the food great, and there were excellent excursions to choose from. It was truly value for money! Thank you; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you're looking for a place away from the buzz of the city, African Hills is the place to go. The service from arrival was immaculate, the rooms are quite spacious, the view of the surrounding mountains was spectacular. I thoroughly enjoyed the game drive experience as well as meeting Damara and Ndzeve 🫠

best experience ever. I don't have words in my vocabulary to express just how everything is just perfect here. From the staff, animals, food, rooms, conference facilities. You just need to trust me and go treat you, co.or loved ones
