位置很方便，就在dockland，melbourne centre30路八分鐘就到了，很乾凈，設施齊全。

Great location near southern cross station. Shree at the reception was more than helpful offering me a free upgrade to a two bedroom unit as I was carrying a large bicycle box with me . Also offered to assist me in taking my luggage to my unit. Spotless clean, with a well equipped kitchen and a washer dryer which came handy as my water bottle had leaked into my suitcase 😂 Highly recommend !

Friendly and accommodating staff, great location, the apartment was clean with big soft and comfy bed. It is also close to the tram station. Everything about the apartment was good. We will definitely come back here next time we visit Melbourne again.

The bed was so comfortable and pillows were perfect. The shower had a large shower head with great water pressure & instantly hot which was appreciated after being out in the cold. The apartment was fully self contained so we could cook and wash as we pleased. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodate they do anything do make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is clean and smelled good and they even offer laundry detergent. There's an intercom that gives access to friends and family or uber eats. The location is super. 7mins walking distance to the shops. The downside is that the fire brigade was just across the road and they are all the time switching on that annoying siren so was quite noisy 😑 and the bedroom didn't have an air-conditioned or fan and it got quite warm sometimes. The only place with air-conditioning was the living room but it took a while for the bedroom to could down. But apart from I highly recommend this place :)

After a mix up with *********** cancellation (unknowingly to us) we managed to secure the apartment The reason we booked was for the availability of a washing machine. Which didn’t work. “Use the local laundrette “.....

These apartments are a little away from the CBD, but we booked one on the basis of the photos which all showed balconies with city views. When we got to our apartment in Batman St, we were very disappointed to find a dark apartment with little natural light and a no view due to a frosted balcony. If the frosting was not there we would have looked directly at the high rises surrounding us on 2 sides. In addition the balcony was uninviting with basic furniture and a broken tile. We contacted staff, but apparently couldn’t be moved. He said he’d speak to the manager and get back to us, but didn’t. I could have stayed in a better location for similar price.

Great specious apartment with great amenities. Will definitely coming back soon. Pool and gym was perfect for our vacation. Close to public transport and edge of city. Quite apartment with fully furnished kitchen. Clean apartment with reasonable price and great staff.

Superbe hôtel avec une excellente vue ! Nous avons séjourné dans l'immeuble situé au 65 dudley street (à 100 mètres de la réception principale) et nous avons passés un excellent séjour. Proche de tout et est dans la zone de tram gratuit. L'appartement est bien entretenu avec tout le nécessaire dont nous avions besoin (cuisine équipée, sèche-linge, machine à laver, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, produit de toilette ...). Le lit était confortable et alors les oreillers qu'est-ce que je les ai adorés, ils ne sont ni trop mou, ni trop dur, juste comme il faut. Un petit plus pour les bouteilles d'eau mise à disposition dans le frigo à notre arrivée. Malgré que la réception ne se situez pas dans le même immeuble, le personnel a toujours était toujours serviable, professionnel et surtout très réactif lorsque nous en avions besoin. Le seul point négatif : Les chambres sont un peu trop étroites, peu d'espace pour circuler sur les côtés du lit et surtout pour ouvrir l'armoire. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter !
