Amazing stay at The Sunset Tower Hotel. Everyone we encountered was so kind, helpful, and professional. We will be back! Room clean and spacious. Great view. Breakfast and all the meals delicious in the restaurant. Servers are kind, helpful and treat you like family!

I let the hotel know my fiancé and I were celebrating our engagement and the Sunset Tower went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! We received an incredible room upgrade and little surprises along the way. It was an absolute dream and I can't recommend this glorious hotel enough. It takes it's history seriously and the staff and experience of the hotel makes you feel like you are a star the minute you walk through its golden doors. Love love love!

Place was good. My only issue was when I arrived the room wasn’t ready and I had to wait an hour after check in time .

First off, the staff here is absolutely delightful. Super welcoming and helpful in a genuinely warm way. The hotel is also old world Hollywood chic and a fun step back in time. The rooms are small but well appointed and many have excellent views. However, this hotel is noisy AF. It’s a bad combo of a 100 year old building with single pane windows right on sunset where cars and motorcycles rev ALL NIGHT LONG. It would behoove the owners to upgrade the windows to double pane. If that happened. I’d be back in a heartbeat. Otherwise, Ill find be staying somewhere else.

I booked through Amex and was upgraded to a gorgeous suite on the 11th floor. I love the art deco, old Hollywood vibes of this place. But the service was the real treat: Megan at the valet stand, Carlos (I’m pretty sure I have that right) at room service, and all the front desk and restaurant staff. I felt very welcomed and looked after, even at dinner on Saturday night when the place was packed and there were regulars and celebs everywhere. I can’t wait to come back — just love it.

An exquisite hotel, glamorous and elegant in every aspect. From the moment we checked in, Anthony was extremely welcoming and helpful and we were upgraded to a grand deluxe suite. The room was spectacular with stunning views across Hollywood, we didn’t want to leave it! We ate breakfast at the terrace bar each morning, the food was fantastic and the staff were all so friendly and thoughtful. We really did not want to leave this hotel, it was the best we stayed in during our trip in California!

I checked out about two weeks ago and I genuinely miss the hotel. The staff were so kind and seemed genuinely interested in talking to me at breakfast and as I passed through the lobby. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend the pancakes with fresh berries (honestly the best raspberries I've ever had), cranberry juice, and the Eggs Benedict (hollandaise was PERFECT). Room service chicken tenders were also surprisingly good for room service. Delivery was quick and the staff were so kind. We also booked our stay with a credit card so I'm not sure if this was a credit card bonus or what, but we had FRESH WARM COOKIES DELIVERED TO OUR ROOM EVERY SINGLE EVENING DURING TURN DOWN SERVICE. I have told every single person in my life about this and I am a converted woman- if you don't have a warm cookie at 7pm you are doing something wrong.

Sunset Tower Hotel was lovely. It has a classic art nouveau Hollywood charm. The staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to assist you and make recommendations.
