"オーストラリアに来て一番最初に泊まりました。 1週間の滞在で、英語力が無かったのであまり話せませんでしたが、長く滞在している方が多い印象で意心地はとても良かったです！！ 少し歩くとカフェも沢山ありますし、雨で外に出ない日でも苦にならない場所でした。個人的には凄く好きです^^ ヨーロッパ系の方が多く、陽キャだなとビビっていましたがみなさんすごく優しく話しかけてくれました🥹🥹"

"A late check-in and a little mix-up caused some grief. However, the issue was promptly resolved, and a refund was processed. The cleanliness and quality of the apartment was very high. The location and facilities were also outstanding. If I can find another pricing deal, I would definitely stay again."

"The place smelt bad, the bathrooms and kitchens are very outdated, we had a massive and loud evacuation alarm go off and we we’re told by a staff member to stay in our room but we looked out the balcony and realised everyone had been evacuated apart from us and a fire truck was there. no staff at the office ever. just overall a very weird place with weird vibes. bad parking too"

"We booked a two bedrooms suite, the frontline staff were quite nice and friendly. The rooms are spacious but not very clean as the floor was a bit dusty. Overall experience was good."

"La posizione è buona, solo a pochi passi dalla città, alla stazione ferroviaria, al negozio locale. Il personale è molto carino, sono particolarmente felice che stiano cercando di farci controllare in anticipo dal nostro lungo volo arrivato al mattino. Ci sono stati abbastanza apparecchiature per la casa.Abbiamo cucinato un paio di volte e è stato grande. La lavatrice è buona. La piscina superiore del tetto sembra buona. Tuttavia, penso che il posto potrebbe essere un po' più pulito, soprattutto la zona della doccia. Ci sono alcuni formaggi sulla parete e la testa della doccia. La maniglia della porta è rotta. Inoltre, ci sono abbastanza polvere sulla tavola, il pavimento è un po' aperto. Il condizionatore d'aria è anche formato, la lama di letto ha alcuni tinture, alcuni dei casi di polvere sono un po' grigio come il colore della polvere. In generale, credo che si possa migliorare molto, soprattutto in materia di igiene."

"The lady in the reception is a bit rude when I arrived and about to check in. She just said “name?” instead of “may I have your ID please?” as usual in other hotel or apartment, which make me not able to react right away The carpet in the room got stink and I guess there is a water leakage, which extend to the bedroom, I don't believe they didn't check it and let people to stay in Lucky they refund me 2 nights of stay because I need to leave earlier to avoid the cyclone, which is only the good point for this apartment. I might stay here again but will ask for the room change if there is stink on carpet again"

"Overall is good, as what you will expect based on what you booked. However, message respond from the unit/property was slow, which we hope can be improved. The bed is a queen-sized bed, and not a king-sized bed as shown in the photo when we booked. I think we stayed for 2 or 3 nights before we moved to a new unit. We appreciated the front desk staff allowed us to change to another unit with king sized bed. During our 8 night stays, unfortunately there was once all 3 units of elevators was down at night, and my poor husband couldn't wait for repair and had to climb up to 22nd floor. However, the problem was rectified soon. One terrified thing happened around 2 to 3am one night, we were awakened by a loud alarm in our unit. We didn't know what to do and called up the in-house security number listed, what shocked us was the answer given by the man who answered the call. When we asked what's happening and do we need to go down, what the man answered is ”Up to you”. We were puzzled! Not long after that, the alarm changed from beep sound to voice telling ”Emergency, Evacuate Now”, repetitively. When we went down, many people, some in their pajamas were already outside the building. Fire brigades arrived shortly, and thank God, it turn out to be a false fire alarm. The next day, there was no any message from the management about what happened."
