We stayed here on 27th Feb. I had booked an accessible room when we arrived, and the receptionist confirmed that the room was accessible but had a bath and not a shower, but I not to worry as there were a lot of grab rails. Luckily, my disability doesn't require me to use a wheelchair, as the room would have been far too small to get one in , The bathroom did have a lot of grabrails but accessible it was not, Then came the beds, it was a twin room with beds so small we were frightened to turn over, and also very low and uncomfortable. Also, it had the smallest TV I have ever seen in a hotel with only one socket that could be used and that was behind the TV. However, the room was clean
