Credit card reader wasnt working. The hallways and elevator smelled like pee. Free breakfast is a granola bar and watery coffee. The sheets and towels were worn and dingy. Wouldn't recommend.

Everything was great. Check in was easy and quick. Very nice staff. The carpet in the room could be cleaner looking. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

I have emailed ********** and the corporate office at Extended Stay America twice and have not gotten a reply. I requested my money back because of the condition (we left an hour after check in and asked to be refunded the remaining 7 nights). I got zero reply from anyone. Horrible customer service on top of a subpar, unclean, scary hotel.

Good location. Front desk staff was rude to me at times while asking for things I forgot. Housekeeping never came to my room the entire time. Will be choosing another hotel next time, however this place is very tolerable to stay at.

I’m disappointed because, this is the 4th time I’m stayed in this hotel and the showers are not working properly and water it’s not draining good and the clean in the toilet the house keeping need to pay attention.
Was uncomfortable to use the bathroom properly

Other than the false advertising of "free breakfast", our stay was very nice. Their "breakfast" is stale muffins and granola bars with some coffee or tea. No real breakfast. But there are several good restaurants to eat at nearby.
