This was the worst hotel I've stayed at. Here is a partial list of the problems: A towel rack fell of the wall which had been repaired so many times it no longer adhered to the wall. The front porch light dangled from its cord, broken. The area under the bathroom sink was filthy. The bathroom light did not work. A sign on the office door said the manager would be available at 8 a.m. In fact the manager was not available till 4 p.m. There was only one bedside nightstand.

The room I stayed in looked nothing like the pictures on line. Firstly, the room was not clean, something toted on their advertising billboards. There was hair on the bathroom floor, dental floss by the bed and the walls and baseboards could surely use a good scrubbing. When I woke my first morning there, there were tiny ants all over the floor coming out from the vinyl plank flooring. When I complained to management, the response was that this was a common problem in the mountains with all hotels. They sprayed the room while I was out and I did not see anymore during the remaining three days. My bathroom window was cracked and the moldings around the doors were banged up and needed paint. Also, I'm not sure the rationale for the outside painting, a combination of neon green, blue, and violet, because it sure looked like someone had been tripping! On the plus side, Jason, the manager was very nice and was responsive, the linens were soft, and the outside courtyard area with the big trees and tables and chairs was nice. Oh, and there was a goat farm across the road.

Honestly from the outside wasn’t expecting much but the rooms were cute and cozy , it was enough for my in-laws and our little one (5 of us) . We got the room with 3 beds . Love the cabin-cottage feel of it. Everything worked, it was clean, bed was comfy and had a microwave and fridge ! Can’t wait to be back in the area staying here again . 10/10

Don't Book! Was under roof repair and had debris all over.We had booked in advance, but what we were offered looked nothing like photographs.We went elsewhere.Said they would refund, but didn't. Now we have to go through the credit card fiasco to get the charge removed. Take heed!

Upon arrival I was concerned as the A/C unit in the tiny office area was filthy. Thankfully, the Queen room appeared cleaner than the office but I couldn't get that image out of my head. The pictures I took make the room appear nicer than it felt. There was just a dark, dingy feel to the space. I kept my flip flops on walking on the floor in the room and in the shower. Thankfully I didn't pay more than 109 for this room. That seems fair but I would have been disappointed had i paid more. There is a very tiny parking lot with no pull through. Walls are thin as I could hear the fellow next door snoring. The bed and bedding are the highlight as it is very firm and comfortable with super soft sheets. I did feel safe on this quiet side street a few blocks from Main St.

This was a nice, quiet, older place, neat and clean. Remodeled and upgraded and comfortable, dog friendly with a nice little yard to take the dog. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and will again.
