Beautifully handcrafted Villa with all of the amenities. All size of groups accommodated, up to 6 guests comfortably (8 people possible with pull out couch). All 3 bedrooms have on suite bathrooms. Travertine throughout the main floor. Venetian Plastered walls and double sealed windows and doors offer a luxurious and quiet vacation. Large Honduran mahogany kitchen with handpicked Italian granite hosts American sized top end appliances. Full width deck from the living room and master bedroom boast 180 degree views of the beach, ocean, and reef. The decks off the guest suites have excellent viewing of the common grounds and mountains. The rooftop game room and spectacular full roof level deck is complete with entertaining 10 including the scenic view from the rooftop pool. Totaling 3 beds, pull out couch, and 2 home theaters it is great for the whole family. Elegant furnishings and memory foam bedding provides a restful vacation. The views are unbeatable and the location is ideal. A romantically set 5-star restaurant only steps away. Its the Roatan Island Utopia. Beautiful Facility
We had a really great stay. The facility was beautiful and very well maintained. The condo was perfect for our 3 couples. The only disappointment for us was that the restaurant and bar were closed the entire time we were there. One of the reasons we picked that spot was to have options to dine/drink on site due to the location not being in town. Had we known they would not be open we would have picked a different place to stay.

Good location. Very poor host commutation and amenities under construction.
This is an owner-managed property that is part of a larger complex called “The Meridian”. It is a great location, however we were overall disappointed in our stay due to a few host-related issues. Host was non responsive after multiple attempts to communicate prior to the trip. Finally sent check-in instructions less than 24 before arrival. Arrived at the property and the Meridian team was unaware of the stay. I attempted to contact the host to clear up the confusion , but he was non-responsive. Ultimately the Meridian staff allowed us to check in after I showed a copy of the instructions. The Meridian team was very helpful during the stay and a pleasure to meet. Additionally, the property was getting re-roofed during the stay. This was very noisy and messy. The entire rooftop was unusable due to debris and the private pool at the villa was also filled with construction debris. The furnishings in the villa are also very used and outdated. The location however is magnificent, and once again the staff at the Meridian were a pleasure.

Excellent location, fully stocked spacious condo
Great location blending quiet and relaxing location with a extremely well stocked home. No issues checking in or communication prior to the stay. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise
Enjoyed every moment in this luxurious location. Property was spotless and exactly as advertised. Stuff at The Meridian were spectacular and extremely accommodating.

Location!!
Loved the stay at this West Bay condo. Everything was as pictured. Five minute walk to West Bay Beach. Great condo, highly recommend!

Wonderful experience!
The property is amazing! Steps from the ocean, restaurant and pool. If you wanted, you could want through Grand Roatan to get to West Bay, but we found it too hot so we took taxis. Cost a little more but worth not overheating. It would have been great to have a car, but we made do with the taxis. The rooftop pool got a bit green within a few days, so that was a bummer but I don't know how you can maintain those things in all the sun. Overall very wonderful!

Good time had by all
Really liked the property. Our seasoned travelers consisted of three couples, and we would all recommend staying there.
We never used the upper level & deck pool. The roof top area could have used some powerwashing. We enjoyed the central pool area more.
The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all the necessary dishes and utensils. Plus, there was a large water cooler ready for use.
We couldn't get the TVs to work well and wifi wasn't very strong, but it wasn't a big deal because we didn't spend much time indoors.
The central pool area, on-site restaurant, and beach were great. Very private area, beautiful sunsets, and it felt safe.
We walked to West Bay beach area a couple of times, a short distance, but prepare to walk uphill.

Great West Bay Villa
This villa was just as described, and we enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The main thing was that the hot water heater went out our second day, and due to the weekend timing, the owner was unable to get it repaired/replaced during our stay. So, we had cold water showers for all of our stay except the first (partial) day.
