"L'hotel è così bello e nuovo. Il letto è così comodo. La vibe dell'hotel è bello e il servizio è stato davvero buono. La piscina ha un parco acquatico dove i bambini possono godere. Ha anche un piccolo club per bambini. Il servizio di trasporto è gratuito dall'hotel alla stazione di Padalarang dove si può prendere il treno a Jakarta."

"Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types.
so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good.

Inrecommend you guys to include breakfast in trip as it is really affordable and nicee. They serve breakfast buffet with with variety option. Tolonglahh stayy sinii best experience ever!!! I pun nak repeat nantiiiii

UUtente ospiteIt was pouring otw to our point of interest so we decided to drop by the hotel to check it out and wait it out thru the rain. Staffs was super nice even though we were really early before the check in time. They mentioned only one room was ready and they will quickly prep another room for us. we waited for about 15 mins and they came with 4 umbrellas for each of us towards the hotel.
Truly appreciate the hospitality and for them to try and let us check in eariler so we have somewhere to rest while waiting for the rest to stop
Room is spacious, clean, nice view with a nice small balcony. High speed internet is also provided.
The only downside is if you are an introvert and would be back at the hotel early you will have to deal with Karaoke session(thankfully doesn't sound bad) till about 10pm and after that there is a group of people bbq-ing downstairs with music ( might not be a everyday affair) so if you are a light sleeper perhaps can request for the higher lvl room facing the otherside.

L'ambiente all'interno dell'hotel è molto confortevole, un sacco di divano/sedie/sedie fornite dove possiamo raccogliere o solo godere dell'atmosfera
La colazione è abbastanza adeguata, purtroppo per 2 giorni, il menu non ha alcun cambiamento.
Purtroppo, la stanza dell'hotel non è pulita, il telaio sembra ancora sporco, le tovalette sono anche un po' odore.
La cosa più deludente è che per l'acqua calda a volte si gira a volte non, anche se l'hotel è situato su un piatto, che è piuttosto freddo.

I had a great stay here. The hotel offers a stunning view and the weather was just perfect during my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic facilities in good condition.
Access to the hotel is generally easy, though the last 1.5 km of the road is a bit rough. It took about 15 minutes to drive through, but it’s manageable and safe even for a sedan car.
One small downside was the window insect net – one side was faulty and the other didn’t have a net at all, so I couldn’t open both windows for cross ventilation without letting insects in. Still, it didn’t ruin the experience.
Overall, a peaceful retreat that’s worth visiting if you’re okay with a slightly bumpy ride at the end.

FFARAH CHALIQAwalnya salah klik tanggal booking Agustus (harusnya Juli) tapi memang i was my mistake tidak lihat NON-REFUNDABLE policy. Sudah coba nego dengan pihak E-commerce hotel dan juga dibantu agent trip com untuk dapat refund mengingat tanggal reservasi masih bulan depan, ternyata tetap tidak bisa balik uang saya. Baru pertama ini sih book hotel ada policy non refundable, biasanya yg non refundable itu tiket pesawat dan biasanya hotel bisa di refund kalau gak jadi booking (apalagi saya akhirnya tetap bayar lagi untuk booking bulan Juli). Hati hati ya guys, jgn sampai salah booking di hotel ini.

The facilities like Bath Tub, Hair dryer, Mini refrigerator, TV, Electrical kettle, and amenities like Swimming Pool, Restaurant for Breakfast, Natural air conditioning, Internet access, room service is up to topmost standards and well-maintained huge Forest area, fish pond, Trees, Garden, Drainage system. Breakfast food is carefully made by topmost chefs and very delicious, must give it a try between 7 am to 10 am. Smooth check in and Check out with No security deposit ... Weekends are busy at most of the hotels in Lembang. If you are fan of loving Mother Nature then, Good option for weekend to be considered. Highly recommend for couples and family .. TERIMA KASIH !!!

IiphuriosThe room is very spacious! It has living room space, balcony space, and bedroom. Each room have one independent car park, very convenient if you come driving.
The cleanliness level is poor, the towel is mouldy, the bedsheet have some stains, but the floor is mopped properly.
Amenities are minimum, they provide tiny bar soap and very tiny shampoo bottle. No toothbrush or tooth paste. Instead of water bottle, they only gave 200ml cup water.
The most annoying part is the water heater. It is only available from 7am-9:30am and 7pm-9:30pm, which is very inconvenient for a traveller like me.
The view is not bad. The family room (the most expensive) is at the bottom level, which makes it have the worst view of the garden. It also inconvenient as I need to climb the stairs every time I’m in or out of the room.
Other than that, location wise is good if you are going to Asia Africa or Farmhouse Lembang. I left my car at the hotel and walk to these two places.

Kkhairul nishaLighting was very bad especially in the bathroom. Cannot see very well with those lighting. There were also unpleasant smell of mold in the room. But breakfast was good and receptionist also very kind and helpful

IIfah NHotel is uphill so you will be away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city noise. Loved the location however it is surrounded with lush greeneries & there will be insects and moths around the hotel. It will nkt be ideal if those who are scared of creepy crawlies. Also downside of the rooms i’ve chosed, there is no lifts but they are super helpful in helping bringing down/ up your luggages. Service is wonderful as we have some issues with the key card room, they are alwaya reachable via whatsapp number. The employees always greet you with smile whenever they passed you around the hotel area.
