Top quality hotel. Nice decor, ultra friendly staff. Best al-inclusive food ever. Ski slope and cable car is just 30 seconds from hotel. Hard to think about any improvements. 11/10.

I was here with my wife and daughters from 13.03.2023 to 17.03.2023, we were all very satisfied and I can only recommend. Great cuisine and friendly service The hotel is very child friendly Good location opposite the ski lift

Fantastic resort, so clean and friendly, staff are amazing all food is wonderful and plentiful, cannot recommend this hotel enough. We would like to return when the snow has fallen. 100% child friendly. Hotel includes use of free shuttle bus and free cable car rides up the wonderful mountain. There is another cable car in the next village where paragliding is organised, wonderful little restaurant at the top of this mountain. Hire the bikes, electric and head up towards the lovely cafe and restaurant (unable to recall the name). Wherever we ate it was fabulous, Salzburg trip on the train was so easy (40 mins). Make use of the shuttle bus and the pool/sauna. No doubting this place, go go go! Visit Fortress with Falconry display and the ice cave (need to be fit for ice caves).

Traumhaftes Familienhotel in wundervoller Lage mit absoluten Wiederholungsgefahr. Es war unser dritter Urlaub in diesem Hotel und es war nicht der letzte Aufenthalt. Die Umgebung ist toll für Wandern mit Kindern und vielen Angeboten in naher Umgebung

Top Auswahl beim Essen, viel Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten für Kinder, Rückzugsecken für Erwachsene wo man seine Kinder im Blick behalten kann. Großes Lob an das ganze Team: so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen

Ein sehr gutes Hotel perfekt abgestimmt auf Familien. Preis - Leistung einfach nur top. Rund um die Uhr konnten wir uns etwas zu essen holen - besonders bei Kindern nach dem Skifahren extrem wichtig. Service top, Essen/Küche top, Rezeption ging auch auf meine Wünsche ein, Kinderanimation perfekt - wir hatten Zeit um zu quatschen und die Bargetränke durchzuprobieren :) alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Pool ist nicht groß, aber es war immer ein Kommen und Gehen und daher auch nicht zu sehr überfüllt.

Wir sind nach einer Woche Aufenthalt wieder zurück zu Hause und vermissen das Hotel jetzt schon. Es war eine traumhaft schöne Ferienwoche für groß und klein. Angefangen von der Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals bis hin zu den liebevoll ausgestatteten Zimmern. Ein Highlight in unserem Zimmer waren die Turnringe über dem Bett. Das fanden die Kids natürlich Mega klasse. Das Essensangebot war überragend gut. Da war wirklich für jeden immer etwas dabei. Das Bowl Buffet am Mittag war immer mein persönliches Highlight. Die Nachtische ein Träumchen. Alles in allem einfach super lecker. Der Pool und Saunabereich ist auch total klasse und wir haben es jeden Tag ausgenutzt um viel zu schwimmen und zu saunieren. Die Gegend ist so herrlich . Es gibt super Wanderwege von leicht bis anspruchsvoll. Alles fussläufig vom Hotel erreichbar. Wir haben das Auto die meiste Zeit stehen lassen, da man alles ohne Auto entdecken kann. Ganz in der Nähe liegt die Ikarus Bahn, von dort aus kann man die Gegend mit dem Paraglider erkunden, was wir auch getan haben. Wir sind so begeistert und wissen schon jetzt, dass dies nicht unser letzter Besuch war. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Danke für diese schöne Woche .

Tolles Familienhotel mit sehr guter Kinderbetreuung. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und mit den ein oder anderen Details ausgestattet, die nicht in jedem Hotel zu finden sind. Die Verpflegung im Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr gut und 24/7 verfügbar - einzig für Vegetarier bietet die Buffetauswahl ein tendenziell kleineres Angebot, da der Fokus auf Fleischspeisen (zumindest während unseres Aufenthaltes) ausfiel.

Was soll ich sagen, wir waren Anfang September für eine Woche und kamen so glücklich und entspannt nach Hause wie schon lange nicht mehr. Es war einfach ein Traum. Alles sehr sauber und alle sehr freundlich. Was für uns top war, dass Kinder Angebot war überschaubar. Unsere Tochter konnte sehr viel spielen, aber da es nicht allzuviel gab, konnten wir wunderbare Familienzeit erleben und gemeinsam wandern und die Gegend erkunden. Es war genau die richtige Mischung. Der Kidsclub war ebenso total klasse Unser Kind mag so Betreuung eigentlich gar nicht, aber da das Team so toll war war sie überraschend viel da :) Der Pool war sehr angenehm und immer warm. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Nur leider für Kinder sehr wenig. Das Kinderbuffet war leider nicht gut. Aber würde unser Kind sich mehr trauen, wäre sie auch Satter geworden :D Wir bedanken uns sehr für die schöne Zeit, und würden gerne wieder kommen :)
