"The apartment is private & quiet. We booked a 2- bedroom apartment. It is very spacious and clean. It is very close to the Wentworth falls walking trails and the 3 sisters viewing point. Staff is very nice & attentive!"

"From the time we drove up the main driveway we were thrilled and so in love with this place! The building is a historic place with the history written in your room dating back to 1923 for your reading. But it doesn't feel old n dated but warm and cosy. There was a spa tub in our toilet that can fit 2 and helps you relax after our hike and walk in the nearby mountains. Our hosts were fantastic throughout our stay and made sure everything was in place! From introducing the place and recommendations to lighting up the fireplace at night for us to keep warm and enjoy our evening. This place was the best place we stayed on our holiday."

"Posizione discreta e tranquilla vicino a Leura. Le camere erano pulite con luce naturale decente. Abbiamo trovato che le camere avrebbero potuto essere più silenziose con pareti piuttosto sottili, potevamo sentire altre famiglie e bambini piuttosto rumorosamente la mattina."

"The staff were excellent & the room was divine. It is clearly now a family/young children-centric accommodation. The pool was great but 8 unaccompanied children in the spa (aged approx 4 to 8 years old) diving around (unable to touch the bottom) was very unsafe & uncomfortable for me. 2 parents were on phones more than 5m away. Also screaming toddlers & numerous kids on all 3 billiard tables - defying the sign saying 18 years+ only. We have school-aged kids but it was our special few days so these 2 areas could have been adults only & that would have made all the difference."

"Calma e intagliata dalla zona turistica rumorosa. Belli giardini e vista sul campo da golf proprio lungo la strada. Il colazione non aveva molte opzioni. Nessun cibo caldo. Cheese freddo (un tipo) e un tipo di deli ham delicatamente tagliato. Nessun uova, salsa, ecc. Il latte di avena fornito era fuori data e dovevo dirgli al personale come non lo sapevano. Non vale $25/person per colazione. Lo otterrei solo se fosse già incluso. La piscina è piccola, quindi non si può nuotare le labbra. Più di una piscina per i bambini da affiancare. Aria condizionata remota non funzionava correttamente. Nessun Netflix sulla TV quindi portare il tuo HDMI e laptop se vuoi guardare qualcosa. Solo cavo di base. Un hotel tranquillo, non favoloso, ma in una buona stanza."

"Keura House decorated with old fashion furniture, it made you feel relaxed and comfortable. The sitting room and garden are so beautiful and you can have sunbathing, reading and chatting there."

"Ci vogliono dieci minuti a piedi dalla stazione Katoomba con ristoranti e negozi.In pratica, è un hotel che si occupa di turisti auto.C'è un cameriere nella reception in hotel, e il tempo di servizio è limitato, quindi presta attenzione al tempo di soggiorno e di partenza.La stanza è molto igienica e l'aria condizionata è anche molto utile. La pressione dell'acqua del fango è un po'debole, e la temperatura è difficile da regolare."

"Old hotel, urgent need for renovation. Very old carpet, very old furniture. Insects dead and alive all the edges of carpet, photos attached. If you move old furniture you will see more. Cob webs in the ceiling. Was given room number 42, not 54m as promised in booking. Left the property after one night, waiting for full refund for second night promised by Manager / Staff."

"The Metropole is well located, just around the corner from the main tourist drag. Almost all restaurants and shops are within a 10 minute walk. The mattress was very comfortable and the linens and towels excellent. The place overall has some charm but is run down and the carpeting is well worn and not so clean. We had one of the worst breakfasts there so I would avoid that."
