L'hotel è ben decorato, il servizio è anche molto buono in tutti gli aspetti. La sua famiglia avrà una tazza di notte gratuita e frutta, e frigo gratuito. C'è un parco del lago Kowloon intorno. E'molto conveniente uscire per giocare.Prendere i bambini.

這家漢庭優佳酒店真是如其名，在我多次住過的漢庭系列酒店中，算是優佳水平的。不論是設施，衞生，環境都非常好，尤其是前台服務員熱情周到，服務很到位，讓客人賓至如歸。馬路對面的食街，各種口味的食店應有盡有，能充分滿足住客的需求。酒店門前的停車場也很便利。 這是一家值得入住的優質酒店。

你能想到，我點個外賣，直接機器人給送上來的。666剛好能拍個素材了，另外清新的房間風格，柔軟的小毛巾，小被罩，小枕頭，主要連續住了三家酒店，這家的舒適度是最高的。為了不足就是窗户封死了，衹留了一個小口子，所以不好透氣，我喜歡透氣性強的房間，這樣換氣不錯。 總體感覺還是很OK的，會有下次選擇的可能。 早餐有比沒有強，不過也就兩三樣。我不挑，嘿嘿。

出差過來，剛進入酒店，前台小姐姐就幫忙拿行禮，我都不好意思。客戶很乾凈，主要還是晚上安靜，不會影響到休息。

Location is good easy go to high speed railway staion. Around hotel have many restaurant. The staff at the check-in counter does not speak English. Talking translator program. The condition of the room inside the room looks clean, but the tiled floor, the staff are not clean, don't wear shoes, walk in the dust on the feet. The air conditioner is difficult to adjust the temperature, rarely cools. The bathroom is narrow. Other parts are very good. The room price is not expensive.

總體而言還算可以。 1.一進去整個酒店的裝修，包括一些設備能夠看出來這個酒店有一點“年代”，比如説床單和被套有破洞，地毯不是很乾凈，椅子有點搖晃，遙控器的電池盒沒有蓋子等等。 2.但是我非常喜歡這個房間的佈局，兩張床，兩個房間，可以避免晚上打呼或者磨牙的尷尬！（真的很不容易了，有這樣的佈局，而且當時定的時候價格也比較優惠）樓層比較高，外面也能看得很遠。（但是晚上隔間的隔音不是非常非常好，可能因為我睡眠比較淺，所以聲音比較敏感，我能聽到隔壁樓還是樓下KTV的唱歌聲。） 3.地下停車庫規劃不是很合理的車位很難停。 4.早飯品種有點少。 5.前台服務很好，還送了我們兩份早飯。 6.廁所的水池有點小，水容易濺出來。 7.外賣有機器人送上來速度很快，效率很高，很可愛。 8.床頭的閲讀燈可以調整燈的強弱。貼心。 9.廁所離床有距離，晚上上廁所不會影響很好

我們六點入住的，前台小姑娘和當天的前台經理（還是值班經理），很熱心，因為房間還未打掃好，給我們升級到了行政樓層房間。 大堂裏的服務生也特別好，還要幫我們提行李去房間。一會兒又送了下午茶，咖啡到房間，一路疲憊皆一掃而空。 還加我進了一個羣，都是酒店工作人員，一有任何需求直接可以微信告知，基本屬於秒回，且服務周到。 第二天因為孩子是去漫展，酒店還特別照顧給予了延時退房到四點，不去漫展的老年人可以多休息一下，物超所值！
