Splendido hotel a Wengen in posizione ottimale con una vista mozzafiato, centro benessere con tutti i servizi e comfort, Jacuzzi esterna con vista sullo Jungfrau. Colazione perfetta non mancava nulla, prodotti freschi e del territorio, cena a tre portate anch'essa ineccepibile. Staff professionale e sempre sorridente, Il direttore dell'hotel super professionale, cordiale e disponibile per consigli sulle attività da svolgere, tour organizzati, percorsi e sentieri del territorio, ci ha fatto sentire veramente coccolati ed è proprio quello che ci si aspetta da una vacanza. Sicuramente ritorneremo

We had a wonderful week in Wengen. We arrived late on the Saturday evening to be greeted by the small truck to take our luggage to the hotel whilst we wandered through the streets. We had a very friendly welcome and, as we had notified the hotel about our late arrival, a welcome meal waiting for us in our room. Our room was very comfortable in a way which complemented the period nature of the hotel but with a newly refurbished bathroom. The meals are all self-service and of a very good quality with plenty of choice. The breakfasts are varied and provide enough energy for the day’s activities, supported by the simple packed lunches offered as part of our package. There was a four-course dinner, again of very good quality with a wide range of options. We had a table by the window and could enjoy the views of the grounds and mountains. As well as the quality of the food, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff contributed so much to the enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is situated about ten minutes’ walk from the railway station. A gentle stroll the other way offers lovely views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley. It was our third visit to the Jungfrau area, but the first to Wengen and, of course, this hotel. We can thoroughly recommend Wengen as a holiday destination and look forward to returning to the Belvedere before too long.

My husband and I stayed here for the first leg of our honeymoon. The hotel was a little outside our price range, but we decided to treat ourselves, and we were not disappointed! Our room had a gorgeous balcony view of the Alps and the Lauterbrunnen valley. The breakfast buffet was amazing- cold cuts, lots of fresh fruit, breads, a large selection of jams, and eggs to order. We also finished every night of our stay with a trip to the hot tubs/spa area. Sitting in the outdoor hot tub during a heavy snowfall was definitely a honeymoon highlight. We also loved the hotel location- it's so close to the Wenger train station that it made exploring the rest of the mountain area with day trips so easy to plan. We had an amazing stay and would strongly recommend Hotel Silberhorn if you're looking for a hotel with a great view and yummy breakfast!

Don’t book the rooms located on the street side. During night time there is a lot of noise coming from the street. Wengen was this quiet place, it no longer is. It seems like Wengen attracts a different kind of tourist. Never was it loud and noisy during the night

La posizione dell'hotel non ha nulla da dire.La suite familiare è molto grande, soprattutto il balcone è magnifico verso il picco delle ragazze.Tutti i servizi sono molto buoni.La colazione è molto deliziosa.In generale, supera le aspettative.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato divertente nel Falken, un hotel tradizionale svizzero, con tonnellate di carattere storico in una posizione conveniente per i treni e le macchine cavo di Wengen. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile durante la visita, l'hotel è pulito e situato in una bella posizione alpina. Ci è stato assegnato un piatto completo, che era ideale per noi mentre facevamo la passeggiata. Non abbiamo prelevato campioni per pranzo. Il bar e il caffè erano un po' troppo preziosi per noi, ma più di una media per la Svizzera (Io penso!) I pasti di sera erano vari e deliziosi, con scelte per il pasto di sera fatto al colazione - che ci si adattava. Il nostro 13 anni ha goduto dei pancake al colazione, che era continentale, non cucinato. Falken è un hotel occupato, che ci piaceva, perché abbiamo incontrato altri ospiti a pranzo e discutere le nostre vacanze. Ci sono aree di soggiorno se è più tranquillo ciò che vi serve. Ci piacevamo e certamente lo useremmo di nuovo.

Situated in the car-free Wengen in the Jungfrau Region, Hotel Berghaus enjoys a quiet location surrounded by the Bernese Alps. The Männlichen Cable Car and the village centre are only a short walk away. All rooms at the Berghaus are equipped with cable TV. Some rooms also have a minibar and a balcony. The restaurant serves a variety of local fish specialties from the surrounding lakes. Local meat specialties and vegetarian dishes are also served. Packed lunches are available on request. During fair weather, guests can relax on the sunny terrace. A lounge with an open fireplace and a library invite to relax after a day on the slopes.

My husband and I have just returned home after a truly wonderful week in beautiful Wengen. We celebrated our twenty fifth wedding anniversary there as it’s where we spent our honeymoon. Wengen is a very special place and staying at the hotel Alpenruhe added to our joy of being in Wengen again. Andreas and all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and you feel very much at home and relaxed there. Nothing is too much trouble. We appreciated lifts to and from the station with our heavy luggage on arrival and check out. The location of the hotel as other reviews have mentioned is out of the town away from the station and tourist hustle and bustle but only a short walk into Wengen along a pleasant route. I would highly recommend a mountain balcony view which is breathtaking and absolutely stunning, hard to take your eyes off it! The hotel is very comfortable and absolutely immaculate. The breakfast is relaxed and a very healthy selection of breads and cheeses and homemade jams, croissants and fruit and eggs which my husband and I enjoyed. We also very much enjoyed the lovely garden and ate our lunch from the Coop there a few times. We especially enjoyed the honesty bar and selection of local wines which were very good. It was a truly wonderful week in Wengen and I shed a tear when it was time to leave. We hope to return again one day to this beautiful place and thank all of the staff at hotel Alpenruhe with heartfelt gratitude for making our stay so very special.
