我趁期末考試周前的縫隙擠出半個月來海南自家環島，在文昌選擇龍樓看火箭基地，在龍樓眾多民宿中看見這家評價清一色是老闆娘很熱情，本着求真問底的心態來感受，先説結論：名不虛傳，推薦入住。 老闆娘是真的很熱情。入住已經是傍晚，老闆娘現殺一衹土雞做成入口回甘的椰子雞和雞湯，看我一個人吃飯孤單還端出我衹在電視劇裏見過的燭台説試試燭光晚餐，半夜和其他客人嘮嗑到凌晨十二點，最後以我精力不夠撐不住眼皮宣告散夥睡覺。 其次酒店的位置很好，旁邊淇水灣可以稱為文昌必去景點，距離民宿一點四公里，民宿裏有帽子椅子水桶火鉗可以借用，還有成色都很好很漂亮的電動車可以租賃，一樓大堂也有飲料和滿地椰子，哦對了忘了説了，還有一直很粘人的小貓，叫大聰明，我吃椰子雞的時候一直在我腳邊來回蹭。 本來文昌我衹有預留了一天，文昌景點相挨很近，一天就可以逛完所有景點，也是因為民宿氛圍太好，所以給文昌多留一天給三亞扣一天。最後不得不提的是，老闆娘素養很高，很多客人會分享各種稀奇古怪的東西和自己的見解，裏面有些與自己見解不同老闆娘也不會反駁，是很完美的傾聽者和情緒價值的給予者。 最後最後，我車的電充好需要繼續趕路了，還得提的是這家老闆娘的房間床品很好，我旅遊一百多個城市很挑床的在這家也睡得很安穩，所有的用品都是一次性的，包括但不限於馬桶墊毛巾沐浴露洗髮水，其實這些很常見，但是你要建立在這家民宿的價格很有性價比的基礎上考量。 我很少認真寫評價，大多數是因為酒店老闆主動要求做個順水人情，但是這次評價是我主動給的，也是因為非常滿意。我可沒有收過什麼好評返現嗷，我一個人入住尚且如此，如若你有朋友同行那就更好了，望諸君入住愉快。

La stanza è completa, il balcone è sul mare e si può vedere il centro di lancio, la stanza è anche dotata di telescopio.La finestra principale di rotazione dell'angolo può essere posata sul letto per vedere il sole. Gli altri due camere sono anche molto spaziose. La gente vive 4-6 è completamente pulita, il bagno è pulito, i bagni sono completi e i tovaglioli sono molto puliti. Il tasso di soggiorno intorno alla stagione autunnale non è alto. L'intera zona è vuota. Vivere qui in mezzo all'isola è una buona scelta

帶媽媽出來看海，沒想到選的房間這麼滿意，地理位置太優越了。坐擁最美淇水灣海灘，步行到海邊衹要幾分鐘時間!而且小區門口就是旅遊車站!去景區都不用打車和開車!房間乾淨衞生!傢俱也很新，自帶冰箱廚房洗衣機，和家裡一樣方便。床也很舒服!超級滿意!老闆人也很好! 喜歡咖啡的一定要去打卡一下小區對面的太空咖啡[調皮]

帶娃來文昌龍樓鎮看國發火箭發射，之前做攻略瞭解到當地大部分酒店和民宿的衞生都不理想。主要是潮濕有黴味，帶娃出來玩最關注的就是衞生問題，其次就舒適度和周邊是否方便。查看了好幾家最終選擇了這家，起初心想衞生能説得過去，環境別太離譜就行。自駕來到酒店門前停車時心就放下了一半，門面很突出，明顯比附近的快捷有檔次。進入大堂服務員都是年輕話化，辦事效率高。很快辦理完入住並帶領我們到客房。進入客房那瞬間，屋子沒有黴味，乾淨整潔不潮濕。而且感覺硬件設備都是新的，孩子非常滿意我就放心了。還有就是這家酒店方便觀看火箭發射。酒店的早餐也很適合孩子的胃口，旁邊就有超市和正宗的雞飯餐館，總體已經大大超出了我的預期！給前台經理和服務員點贊，在滿房忙的不可開交的情況下也很快速解決問題！這家店憑良心必須好評！

怎麼評價呢，事實就是比較折騰人吧！可能自己期待比較高吧！去年到淇水灣就看見這家直接在海灘邊的民宿，當時就想訂，但沒房了。所以今年再去是報着很高期望值的，但是到了開空調空調製冷差，洗澡是冷水。跟店主反饋讓我聯繫她老公，可能因為第二天火箭🚀發射大家都在忙。溝通後他説空的時候來看，我們也出去玩沒在意，晚上8點過快9點老闆打電話告訴我空調修不好，修空調的師傅來不了。當時真的很崩潰，因為帶着小孩，當時小孩玩的一身沙，老闆説空調修不好讓我們取消訂單，自己再找住宿。我當時就來脾氣了，跟老闆爭論起來。後面最終解決的辦法是他們家有另一間是大床房，讓我們擠着睡，退差價。不想帶孩子再折騰，就同意這個辦法，後來老闆也確實退了差價，價格回房間發現空調又好了，製冷效果很好，老闆又説兩間屋都給我們用了。所以這個過程就是特別波折，希望老闆能提前檢查好自己的設備是否完好及正常使用，最後入住前能開好空調，讓做客有一個好的體驗過。整體來説這兩位老闆還是比較温柔的，也還可以。當然就是民宿外觀看上去老舊，但裏面房間還算乾淨整潔，馬桶是智能馬桶，裝修風格還算可以。但因為熱帶有門口很多螞蟻和壁虎。
