The location is a bit far outside from Old Town Fort Collins, but it is closer to the main highway. One point I was disappointed in was the lack of guest laundry services despite both the building map and the emergency exit map on the room doorway listing it; it’s been converted into a bathroom for staff. Additionally, the doorway for the room had a large gap underneath it, making it all too easy to hear people outside in the hallway.

Was great for the price. Very small bathroom area and the beds were kinda hard but the breakfast area was very clean and the hotel seemed kept up, just dated. The front desk staff could be friendlier but that seems to be the service industry these days. There is a pretty trashy trailer park right behind the hotel.

Staff was nice. The building is a bit tired but clean.
Breakfast was terrible with sausages and powdered egg omelets in a fridge - you are supposed to microwave them to heat them up. Bagels seemed old. Washer and dryer did not work well. Rinse cycle didn't complete and dryer left clothes very damp.

The smoke detector on the ceiling was covered with a plastic bag. NOT safe !
Breakfast was aweful.

I appreciate the affordability of this hotel. Very basic but also clean and everyone is friendly

You need to watch your credit card very carefully. I had unknown charges after checking out. The famous test charge of $.01. So now we have had to cancel the card. When I called and tried to ask them how we could have the .01 charge they hung up on me. DO NOT STAY here, unless you want your CC compromised.

The only thing I found that I would change is maybe try adding packets of sugar and creamer for the room coffee maker. Everything else was very nice.
