Very friendly staff, super helpful, seem like they really care about the people staying.
The bedroom we stayed in was really nice, the bed was super comfy.
Would stay again, in fact, we intend to re book soon!

Fabulous hostel in a lovely building. Decor was nice and communication from the owners was excellent. Great location, a short walk from restaurants and bars. The hostel has a friendly vibe over all and I would definitely return next time I'm in Welly!

Best hostel in Welly by far. The owners Wendy and Andrew are amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. It felt more like staying in a home to me. Small 40 bed hostel so not too busy and noisy, but enough people to have a great time with. All facilities very clean. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Lounge area very cosy and people always up for a movie night. Thanks again for making my stay wonderful guys!

A wonderful place to stay when you're in Welllington, whether that's for a few nights or long term. The staff are amazingly friendly and responsive to any requests, it has nice big communal, well stocked kitchen/dining area, there's a great outdoor space for sitting in the sun in the evening, and an atmosphere that is unmatched. I was lucky enough to meet friends for life at this place, as there are always people around to chat to, whether they're just passing through or are long termers. The location is great, just a short walk into town and close to a number of bus routes. Would stay at this hostel again in a heartbeat.

Stayed multiple times over a few years. Clean and tidy with a friendly atmosphere. Not a huge hostel so much easier to make friends! Great for a long term stay if you’re looking to live in Wellington. Plenty of clean bathrooms for all hostel stayers too!
