Hotel in zona Bauhaus-Universitat, Weimar

Location, lovely restaurant and great staff I booked because it’s right opposite the train station ….. but this hotel is so much more. Often ‘right opposite the train station’ means you are sacrificing something in terms of appearance and slight seediness for the convenience - but not here ! It’s a lovely old hotel (with a nice history), restored several times over the years, with a particularly impressive glass-surrounded restaurant for all meals. Location - as well as being on a pretty square right in front of the train station it’s less than 10 minutes’ easy straight line walk from the museums and the historic old town. There are plenty of nicely located hotels in the centre too by the way - just not as good for train access. The hotel restaurant is a real delight. Go for the breakfast buffet with some of the best prepared hotel bacon I have ever come across - crispy, fat-free and warm - plus all the usual egg, cereal, fruit salad and bread options. Standard coffee good German filter not espresso (though that’s available at the bar); orange juice average. Supper was freshly cooked smallish choice (these do go hand in hand, of course) - have a look at the menu in advance and if there’s something you like the look of eat here, quality is excellent. Staff very friendly; rooms moderate size, very clean, toiletries provided (shower gel and shampoo, no lotion or conditioner). Large non-leaky showers. You can claim a free snack if you forego your room servicing (!) ….. Rooms are non-smoking but they provide a smokers’ lounge for *******. To be recommended.

Ho fatto check-in online all'hotel all'7.4.23 15.00. Dopo aver entrato nella mia stanza, ho dovuto constatare che questa non era stata pulita in modo particolare. Il bagno e anche il pavimento del telaio, mancavano tazze di pulizia. Ho lasciato che mi fossero da parte della ricetta e mi ha detto che per la pulizia, ha detto domani mattina che sarebbe stato pulito, ma i punti deboli igienico, bagno e pavimenti di tappeto non erano nemmeno così puliti. Il portatore non deve essere stato pulito per sempre. Anche se non si muove ancora la copertina del bagno. Il 9.4. 23 la mia stanza non è stata pulita e i letti non sono stati fatti. Anche i guanti non sono stati cambiati. I pezzi di ricambio erano mancanti e i bagni. Non mi sdraiavo così. I tazze di pulizia dei denti erano mancanti di nuovo. Poi mi sono preso un tè all'auto e ho preso questo tazza, perché la ricezione non era presente, anche se fino a 20.00 c'era. Forse sarebbe anche utile un vestito di scarpe. La colazione era abbondante e molto buona, non manca niente. Qualsiasi ospite ne ha qualcosa. La sala colazione è molto piccola, conosco altri hotel B&B che offrono più spazio e si può anche soggiornare fuori dalle ore del colazione.

Tutti i dipendenti erano molto amichevoli e di aiuto, purtroppo non tutti hanno pagato la colazione, cosa che mi è sembrato molto dannosa, ma era abbastanza per tutti qui.

Quando sono venuto a vedere un palazzo rurale nella pioggia, è la grande casa che si trova in un campo insolito nel romanzo di Agasa. Una volta che avvenne un incidente in camera segreta di notte, e io posso andare a fare un caffè nel campo insolito con la mattina alzata, Ho scoperto che non ho mai pensato di affittare.Svegliato mattina, ho sentito la pioggia battere le finestre, aprire le finestre è stato sorpreso dalla scena davanti ai suoi occhi. Le alberi di fiori di rosa nel giardino sottostante sono scivolate nella pioggia, e i fiori sono giaciuti come la neve. La finestra è piena di ricci solidi e solidi, l'acqua piovana è immersa sulla prateria, e l'odore che si alza è tutto il profumo della foresta di erba verde.E'cosi' bello.Devi vivere!

Es hat sich gefangen und liefert eine gute Leistung ab, die jetzt auch endlich zum Qualitätsstandard von Accor gehört. Im Einzelnen: Das Personal agiert professionell und bleibt natürlich, was sehr wohltuend ist. Die Anlage ist nun auch gepflegt und wird gut in Schuss gehalten. Die Zimmer - heuer mit Statusupgrade - im Design nicht aktuell, aber gepflegt und mit effizienten Housekeeping gesegnet. Das Bad bietet viele Handtücher, was vermisst wird ist aber der Dreiklang Body Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner - es gibt nur einen Spender für alles. Ansonsten nur eine Kleinigkeit: Wer eine Minibar bietet, der sollte auch einen Kapselheber bestellen und nicht darauf vertrauen, dass der Gast ein Schweizer Messer mit Flaschenöffner mitführt. Die Bar und das Frühstück sind angenehm und ohne Beanstandung und auch die Übernachtungspreise sind sehr demokratisch und dank der nun guten Instandhaltung äußerst angemessen. Hier wohnt es sich jetzt gut in Weimar-Legefeld.

Modern design hotel near Erfurt main train station, and a short walk to old city center. Standard double room was simple but comfortable, very clean, with good beds and bathroom. Nice staff, but check-in process seemed a little slow - we had to queue up for some minutes despite there were not so many guests awaiting check-in. Breakfast was good (buffet) but a little crowded .

They can barely speak English at reception, which is fine unless there is a problem with your room. We booked a non- comfort room with bfast for 126 euro. No refrigerator, no a/c, ok. Got it. A couple of days before our booked night, the upgraded comfort room was advertised for 103 euro. I messaged gore kindly asking them if they would consider an upgrade for us since comfort room was now over 20 euro cheaper. NO REPLY. Ok.. check in and they weren’t going to upgrade us even though hotels was no where near full in this Sunday evening. Fine. No problem. They give us room in old building with a fan. Fine. Problem is that Wi-Fi isn’t working- we complained.. they reset it. Still doesn’t work.. goes on then off.. hard to conduct any business needing Wi-Fi. Eric and female at desk have no sympathy and don’t care. They say we can come to bar and use Wi-Fi there. Well, doesn’t that defeat purpose of saying the hotel has Wi-Fi in room?

Das Beste ist die verkehrsgünstige Lage, die inkludierte Minibar und das Frühstück - aber das ist auch schon alles. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist nicht gegeben - Zwiebelreste und Brösel im Flur, verschmierte Flächen im Aufzug, Kronkorken vom Vorgänger im Zimmer. Bei der Ankunft interessierte vor allem, dass von uns alles vorab bezahlt wurde, kein Hinweis, dass wir vor dem Hotel das Gepäck ausladen können obwohl es in Strömen regnete. Keine Garage nur ein Parkplatz ca. 100 m entfernt mit Gepäck über Stufen - kein barrierefreier Parkplatz. Anfragen des Hotels nur in Englischer Sprache. Sauna müsste man 24 Std. im voraus buchen - Im Zimmer sehr wenig Ablagefläche und nur ein winziges Fenster das nur gekippt werden kann. Die Pflegemittel von Rituals sind sehr gut. Die Betten sind sehr hart, für eine Nacht genügen die Handtücher. Das Personal ist sehr unterschiedlich, sehr freundlich sind die Mitarbeiter des Restaurants, die Dame bei unserer Ankunft war unmotiviert bis gelangweilt. Wenn ich als Deutsche ein Hotel in Deutschland buche, dann möchte ich auch den Pre check inn und die hoteleigene Bewertung in deutscher Sprache ausfüllen und nicht in englischer Sprache. Alles in allem ist das Hotel mit dem Übernachtungspreis überteuert, zumal der Service unglaublich eingeschränkt ist. Wir werden uns nicht noch einmal für dieses Hotel in Erfurt entscheiden.
