Fantastic stay at GRT Wayanad! Everything exceeded expectations. Staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Mr. Vipin's & Mr Karthikeyan’s exceptional service, warm hospitality & attention to detail stood out. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars

Worst hotel experience I have ever had.....this is supposed to be a five star hotel....day one took them half an hour during breakfast that was already paid for in booking ,to make a simple uttapam and serve it..reason...we ran out of cooking gas,madam..OK...by next day we , who are Chai drinkers , had given up on ordering tea because it was so bad everytime we ordered it...a milky herbal medical tasting decoction everytime we tried...we ,my 70 year old mother , my sister and I , decided since it's coffee country we will simply drink coffee, Day three....we decide to go for Spa , and are told when we call to make a booking, that staff is busy with another guest and they don't know when they will be free...we ask for Spa menu and the person who delivers it say the staff is eating lunch and will call in a while...we decide to go to the pool in the meanwhile,the Spa staff approaches and on being told we want a particular massage in their menu ,are informed that their female staff is on leave today, we can get massage tommorow ,if we are OK with getting it one by one, as they have only two staff, a male and a female who manage bookings and do the massage as well. We decide to forgo the massage as we have to check out next day. In the night instead if going to their only restaurant which is open til 2230 pm we decide to order inroom dining..their IRD menu does not anywhere say which items are available after 10 pm bit they inform us that after 2200hrs the kitchen will close.. when told that their restaurant itself show dinner time till 2230 but we are being told that kitchen will close at 2200 we are told sandwich and nuggets will be available. On being asked why no menu was available fir after dinner items if only limited items were available and the booking stated that IRD was available 24/7. They keep insisting it was there in menu. We checked twice it was not there. My sister called them cheats and asked speaking to the F&B manager, he never called back. She asked for the property manager, and was told she had left for the day. All these things were things one could ignore as minor irritants to ignore so your holiday is not spoiled. But what happend next was not something that can be ignored no matter how much one may want to avoid confrontation. Three male staff showed up to speak to my sister who had demanded to speak to someone in charge since they had not got either the F&B nor the property manager on the phone. At first I stayed out if it but when the male staff named SHAJI started raising his voice at my sister at 2200 in the night I went to the door and I told him to leave. He ignored me and continued to yell at my sister I asked him to leave again, he again ignored me , finally when my sister asked if he was trying to intimidate her and he started yelling no , I yelled and told him that I had asked him to leave three times now and he was here at the door of three female guests at 2200 hrs in the night yelling at them, what else did he

Chef sharif, chef Irani.chef Vijay. Preethi.shaky Gave us excellent food and good Service, All are good staffs. Thank you for all the things, we will visit with our whole family next time and the place was so good clean and good environment.

Good and comfortable stay. Food was amazing, staff was friendly, views from the dining hall were amazing. Hotel has a infinity swimming pool and a spa as well. Would have been great if the pool was temperature controlled. Room were spacious. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay in the midst of the coffee estate. The food was Awesome by Chef Ishrafil. Alex and Albin took good care of us. They evening tea area was excellent concept and they arranged activities ***** with tea. The kids were e busy with activities. We wish to visit and stay in this wonderful property. The property has nice villas which gives you a our home feeling and great staff to attend to your request. On arrival it self Albin follows your request through his personal contacts all time he was available for us. Heartfelt condolences to entire group.

Great experience at the hotel Good location and very helpful staff that take care of everything . Hotel was spotless , apart from a small mishap with a car blocking the approach road towards hotel everything was top notch They deserve 5 stars :)
