Good and simple procedures for check in and check out. Rooms are also good in quality, especially the hotel very easy to find because it is situated in the centre of the town

Easy to locate, just by the side of the main road. Couple of fuel pumps nearby. Being inside the main market, lots of stores nearby. Limited parking space which is also shared by people visiting restaurant and bar. Better to park at the lower level. Staffs are very helpful. Checkin was smooth. Rooms are very good - well spacious and super clean. AC, TV everything functional. Daily quota of bottle water provided ***** with complementary tea/coffee and toiletries. Linens were clean and sleep quality was good. In-house restaurant provides tasty food at very reasonable rate. Breakfast is veg and options were decent - a mix of Kerala and other South Indian items ***** with some north Indian items. Bread, butter and jam also available ***** with tea. Options to have omlette / boiled egg and dosa would make it better. Overall very comfortable stay and recommended for a short stay.

Hotel is good but bad wifi experience staff has to improve their skills regarding clearance of bill, and also serving of food in restaurant

It was really great. Service, room and staff everything was great. Specially santosh helped us with stay, not just at hotel but also for whole wayanad. I am ok

Rooms are good and clean. Staff is friendly. Food is not that great. They take lot of time to prepare the food

Very good location and hygienic first class non ac room. Car parking available at basement beside. Very limited veg food options in restaurant. Kettle for hot water and tea available. Spacious room.

Apart from management, everything is too good. Sajith promised for blocking the room for early check-in but he forgot. I reached the hotel at 5:30am but later after lot of request, they provided a room 3 hour later around 8:30am. Until then i was sitting in the reception with all the luggage. However, while checking out they were expecting me to pay early check-in price.
