Tranquil Resort - Blusalzz Collection, Wayanad - Kerala

An absolutely idyllic place to stay. Apart from the superb accommodation, food and delightful surroundings, Ajay and Nisha take hospitality to a different level. They are true professionals. Always on hand to assist, but never intrusive. Mr. Swamy and all other the staff are also on hand and are friendly and efficient. The pool is lovely, the bar a great place for pre-prandials. We stayed in the main building and the room was fabulous. Every attention to detail has been taken. We felt so well looked after and the only downside was leaving. Staying here is a true delight and will not disappoint in any way.

Lying under the thick, protective tree trunk in the treehouse was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay! At first glance, the treehouse appeared like a charming wooden cabin perched high among the trees, but as I approached, I discovered how thoughtfully it was designed. A gentle ramp led the way up, inviting me into a cozy, nature-infused haven. From the room, the view stretched out into an endless expanse of lush greenery, with the soothing sound of a gurgling stream and the cheerful chorus of chirping birds as a constant backdrop. Far from the traffic chaos of Bangalore, we relished every peaceful moment, soaking in the serenity. The resort offers a variety of activities to keep guests entertained, from tranquil nature trails to a refreshing pool; I ventured out only reluctantly, drawn back by the comfort of our treehouse. The culinary experience was outstanding, with no dish repeated during our two-day, three-night stay. Each meal was carefully curated and ended on a sweet note with the most delectable desserts. For those who enjoy a bit of adventure, the trails leading up the resort’s mountain are a must-try. And if you can bring yourself to leave the luxurious cocoon of the treehouse early in the morning, you’ll be rewarded with rare bird sightings that make it all worthwhile. A truly perfect getaway in Wayanad, Kerala.

Nestled in a 400 acre coffee estate near the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary in Kerala, Tranquil is truly a world class holiday experience ! I stayed in the Pool villa which can easily house 6-8 people. Superbly appointed with all mod cons and truly luxurious it also has a lovely plunge pool to while away your time in, while listening to the sounds of the jungle. They also have amazingly beautiful tree houses to stay in among the accommodation options. There are many scenic and well marked treks to walk around the estate in. A must do while you’re there to take in the amazing surroundings! The WiFi is fast and reliable so you stay in touch with the world while you relax 😃 Service here is of top notch quality with attentive and friendly staff who take extra effort to attend to your every need. As for the food, I cannot stress enough how wonderful the offerings are. Authentic local specialities as well as international food are served buffet style with huge attention to quality of ingredients ! Chef Shivadas is doing wonders there :) It’s a very pleasant 6 hr drive from bangalore and easily accessible. All in all highly recommended and a place I would go back to time and time again.

Beautiful place to separate yourself from the norms of a city life. Ajay and his family greeted us with hospitality that fed the soul and food that is warm to the heart ❤️ The doggos add so much to this wholesome experience. Can't wait to go back again.

Amazing boutique resort in mega coffee plantation . Rooms are tastefully done , large in size and well maintained. Food served here was also elaborate and very tasty . Mr Swamy and team provided amazing service . Sitting in veranda and chit chatting with friends in monsoon of Waynad was memorable. Resort is close to eddakal caves and sultan bathery main market. Google location do not take you to exact location, so you may have to call to locate it.

Ajay and Nisha were great hosts, we had such a lovely few nights at Tranquil. On arrival, we were presented with a superb late lunch, whech we really weren't expecting. Indeed, all the food was absolutely delicious, first rate. The evening bar was very good for meeting up with the other guests and, although maybe not everyone's ideal, we really enjoyed the communal eating arrangement. The swimming pool is gorgeous. Tranquil is in a fantastic location and the walking routes make it very special. Ajay also took time to show us the coffee plantation and explain the processes involved, which was much appreciated and very interesting. We stayed in one of the treehouses, which was great fun, even the monkey invasion on our last morning! Most of the time it was a very peaceful refuge, with just the sounds of the forest for relaxation. The treehouse is about to undergo a big refusrbishment - that would earn a 5th star from us I'm sure. Thank you to Ajay and Nisha and all the brilliant staff for a great stay.
