The location is at the peak and the hospitality was so good the food was so great and swimming pool was so clean must visit

Overall it was a gppd experience. Especially the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Food was also good. But no much activities in the resort. The balcony view was good(above average view.

This place is far from the city center. You need to travel an hour from Panera either by bus or cab. After reaching the area where the resort is located, you need to call the hotel. They will arrange a cab or auto. It's little interior but not difficult to find this place. Last minute plan and I was reaching very early. During weekends it's difficult to find a place, let alone early check in. Called and requested the hotel. Sajan was super friendly and helped find an alternate room to stay until my room was available. Thanks to Sajan for allowing early check in. Sunil was always there for help if you need anything. He explained the places nearby and what is the best way to commute. A tour guide for free of cost. This place has very limited rooms so they don't have 24/7 dining. During the day, you tell them what you want to have for the three meals and they make a limited quantity of the same. Madhu took care of food needs and it was prompt and good. The rooms are well maintained and clean. This place has a beautiful pool. One of the best I have seen. Chill in the pool and enjoy a great view. Overall a pleasant stay and excellent service. Will definitely recommend this place if you visit Wayanad and want to have a peaceful vacation

I visited the hotel for my honeymoon the people ruined my day with rude behaviour and poor hospitality. We are badly surprised the moment we stepped in to the hotel . There was no bell boys to carry our luggage and no welcome welcome drink Not even a single person to explain about the hotel and facilities. The hotel management is very poor and cold They overpriced for the cheap room and the food was super expensive and not tasty We offered for chapattis and dal for our lunch . There was no more option for food You can’t find any near shops or confectionery This hotel is kind of traps for they people who coming inn I would like to highlight Mr. Madhu from Room service done excellent job. He was very kind , polite and hospitable Also the pool was very clean and well maintained at The hotel is not worth for the money which we paid for this off season compared to the other hotel in Wayanad They don’t even manage the guest data This hotel is very substandard No Wi-Fi , no Internet facility

The food was good, the manager of the resort was very kind, liked the indoor games ( carrom, tab e tennis, shuttlecock) overall good experience

Accessibility is difficult. Caretakers sunil and sajan are very good. View is excellent from hotel. But swimming pool is only to take photos from far. Looks like it isn't cleaned for long. Green algae is visible and water is dirty. Food is ok ok. Lot of insects rishi to the room in the evening. Overall 3 on 5
