近くにTESCOもあり使いやすかった。
部屋も綺麗で値段も安く素晴らしかった。
ただドライヤーが使いにくかったりと少し悪い点もあった。

Reception was good - staff in this hotel are very friendly and helpful- however the hotel is a bit tired - needs a revamp! Rooms clean and bed comfy! Shower is average! Breakfast was good lots of food available but no peppermill on table and sauce bottle lids dirty!

Room and hotel were fine. Comfy bed. Wifi worked on the firestick. Quiet. Didn't rate the breakfast much but had it for convenience

The bed was lovely but the toilet was filthy and the breakfast was extremely poor in a mess waiting for food to come out and breakfast getting cold and hygiene didn’t seem a concern either! Whilst waiting for food to be refilled the little I put on my plate was cold and as it is self serve there was mess everywhere and no clean utensils to dish up for instance the big spoon that was in the beans upon finally being refilled was left so the whole spoon went into the beans and you had to scoop out and everyone had used that spoon hence the beans weren’t eaten! Wasn’t impressed at all!!

The room 126 was not adequatly checked. The hand basin tap sprayed over me when I turned it on. The cleaner must have known this but did nothing to sort it out. The light over the desk did not work and I needed to use it for my stay. The shower had been leaking for moths and nothing was done to sort it out. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful.

"Absolutely loved my experience here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. And let's talk about the food - it was outstanding! Each dish was prepared with such care and attention to flavor. I couldn't get enough. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service and delightful dining. Will definitely be returning!

Had a lovely stay in this hotel recently. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for you. It was a great location. The overground is located close by to gey you into London. The room was rather warm and I personally think it should be free parking for those who are using the hotel. Overall a very nice stay.

Clean, spacious room, good basic services, friendly staff, the hotel is well positioned for access to shops and buses/station. Have stayed there before and would do so again.
