Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, il cibo era eccellente, la camera era impeccabile, pulita e confortevole. Sono stati forniti palloncini e attività per i bambini all'arrivo e un piccolo regalo per mia moglie il giorno della festa della mamma. Posizione comoda per Warner Bros Studio Tour. Lo consiglierei.

L'arrivo è stato leggermente deludente a causa dell'esterno dell'hotel. Passi davanti a un ristorante e c'è una rete metallica rotta che circonda parte del parcheggio. All'interno, però, siamo stati accolti probabilmente dal miglior personale che ho incontrato in un hotel da anni, se non mai. Vado in hotel abbastanza regolarmente per lavoro e occasionalmente per piacere, anche se normalmente sceglierei un Air BnB per il tempo libero. Io e il mio compagno stavamo visitando il tour di Harry Potter Studio e questo hotel è stata la scelta logica. Molto soddisfatto della decisione. La stanza è come ti aspetteresti. Il personale ha davvero fatto il viaggio e spero che ottengano il riconoscimento che meritano. Ci tornerei volentieri e consiglierei a chiunque visiti il tour dello studio HP di considerarlo un'ottima opzione per un pernottamento.

La camera era presentata bene, il letto era enorme e comodo. C'era un bagno di cui sono rimasto sorpreso. La colazione era di buona qualità. Il personale è stato cordiale durante il check-in, il check-out e la colazione. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

We got a good deal here! It was half the price of the holiday inn. It needs a bit of love, and the location isn’t as good, but it ticked the boxes we needed. One thing I found very weird, when we first check into our room, there was a pile of old clothes in there that didn’t belong to us

My partner and I recently spent a weekend at Premier Inn Watford North and were genuinely impressed. We were looking for a quiet, cozy escape and this hotel delivered far more than we expected. From check-in to checkout, the staff were lovely—warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile or helpful tip. Our double room was beautifully maintained, with fresh linens, a spotless bathroom, and a super-comfy bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! The room was peaceful, with no outside or hallway noise, and the heating/air system kept us comfortable throughout our stay. We had dinner at the attached restaurant and were very happy with the service and quality of food. The staff made great recommendations, and everything was delicious, especially the desserts. Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive—freshly cooked, plentiful, and with lots of options. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes’ drive from the Warner Bros. Studio Tour and Watford town centre. Free parking made our travel plans easy and stress-free. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and very well looked after. If you're looking for a romantic, quiet, and affordable hotel with excellent service, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely return!

We had a fantastic three-night stay at the Premier Inn Watford North for our family visit to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm, cheerful, and eager to help. They even gave our children little activity kits, which kept them entertained while we settled into the room. Our family room was spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well-organized. The Hypnos beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all had restful sleep each night. The blackout curtains were a huge plus for getting the kids to bed early. We appreciated the thoughtful touches—USB charging ports, a powerful shower, and a TV with Freeview. The on-site restaurant was equally impressive. We had both dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed a variety of fresh, well-cooked options. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was a hit with everyone, with something for every taste, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. Parking was easy and free, which added to the convenience. The hotel is just a short drive from the Harry Potter studios and not far from Watford Junction station either. This was one of the most pleasant, stress-free hotel experiences we’ve had as a family. Highly recommended!

As a frequent traveller, I’m always looking for a hotel that’s efficient, clean, and comfortable. Premier Inn Watford North delivered on all fronts and then some. I stayed for three nights while working in the area and can confidently say it’s one of the best Premier Inns I’ve visited. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. I checked in late, but the night staff were efficient and welcoming, quickly getting me to my room. The space was pristine, well-lit, and ideal for a working professional. The work desk was practical, with ample lighting and plug sockets, and the Wi-Fi connection was consistently strong throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to get quality rest. I didn’t hear any corridor noise or sounds from neighboring rooms, which is rare and appreciated. Breakfast was a highlight. The buffet offered excellent variety—perfect before a long day of meetings. The coffee was surprisingly good, and the staff were attentive without being overbearing. Free parking and great access to local routes made commuting simple. For business travelers looking for peace, quality service, and great value, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely return on my next trip to Watford.

Stayed for 1 night before Warner Bros Studio Tour. It was easy to find and literally 5 mins away. Food was as expected for a Premier Inn. Because we had our 7 y.o, the receptionist fitted us in between evening meal bookings, as we arrived later than expected due to traffic, so we weren't eating too late. The only problem for some (mobility issues) might be that the shower was the type you have to step into the bath, but other rooms might have a different set-up. Otherwise, it was exactly what we needed for a short stay.
