Questo è il nostro primo soggiorno in un hotel per famiglie nel Regno Unito, abbiamo scelto il Watford Leonardo Hotel e abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti. Ho prenotato prima una notte perché non sono sicuro che questo hotel sia abbastanza confortevole, il primo giorno in cui siamo arrivati ​​era una giornata piovosa e dopo uno spettacolo a Londra siamo arrivati ​​all'hotel intorno alle 18.00. Il parcheggio Sutton è chiuso all'hotel e abbiamo speso £ 6 per il parcheggio 24 ore su 24, un prezzo abbastanza ragionevole (ma potete ottenere uno sconto di £ 2 alla reception, ma sfortunatamente nessuno mi ha informato, non importa!! ) Abbiamo ordinato una cena serale dal sapore piuttosto buono. Ho ammirato il loro servizio di check-in e check-out online. Ma il giorno dopo, mentre stavo dormendo e ho appeso un cartello alla porta, il loro personale ha bussato alla mia porta due volte, abbastanza ridicolo, possono chiamare io invece, ma i loro modi sono gentili, quindi spero che possano migliorarli. Se dovessi soggiornare di nuovo a Watford, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel.

A pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e facile procedura di check-in e check-out. Tanto spazio e soggiorno confortevole.

Era conveniente e pulito. La posizione è ottima, in quanto è a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti. Vicino alla stazione che ti porta velocemente a Londra.

Location is good. Beds are comfortable. My kid got a kid gift from the hotel. We had a good stay!

It’s a very nice hotel, good location, and ambiance. I had two beds in my room which was nice. But, I was disappointed with their service, I had to stay at the front desk for a while before o could check in, and this was down to not enough stay working. I couldn’t even buy a cup of coffee because the person serving at the bar was cleaning and couldn’t sell coffee for me first before going back to their cleaning. This was very disappointing for me and made me have a bad impression of the hotel from that point.

Overall experience was fine.  Hair dryer was broken, I went out and asked the housekeeping in a friendly manner and she said oh no I don’t know none of my business u need to ask my supervisor and I’m like ? You could’ve just told me you don’t have authority and I have to contact concierge. Then i called concierge for a replacement and for some reason they told me to press this button and turn it on again and I was a bit confused it was like she was teaching me how to use a hair dryer. She also spoke in an extremely condescending tone which was weird, like I’m telling you it’s broken not asking how to use a hair dryer. Then she came to “check” and make sure it was properly not working before replacing it.  Second incident, their extremely bright housekeeping team put my towels on top of the heater whilst I was out of the room and I came back to something burning in my room. Found the towel brown and my prayer mat on top, luckily I came back on time if not it would’ve burned. It was like they wanted to frame me if the building burnt down.

Good location, nice hotel. Cheap but very annoying parking if you traveling by car ,- breakfast ok,-

Allen is working at the front office reception and I stay in this hotel for 13 nights, every time when need them to do something like change my key card because is not working or house keeping did not give me any towels, they do it unwillingly. I’ve had to change my card nearly every night and it lightly touches my phone accidentally and it deactivated. But I don’t understand why their system is so poor, my daughter’s dormitory uses these cards and puts them against their phone but it’s completely fine. A large hotel group like this can’t even use a up to date elock system.

Stayed in a family room that was spacious & had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful & friendly. A great breakfast with lots of choice.

Very nice room with great location if you wanna stay a bit out of london, close to the station with some amazing restaurants, the only negative about was the noise, the noise isolation wasn’t great, but other than that great place

Been few times,always choose it for its location. Room wasnt the cleanest,and there were things like coffee,drinks missing,but not a big issue. Also got upgraded thanks to very nice gentelman working at the reception. Will defo be back
