Attended for a wedding purpose. Venue is rather magnificent and definitely breath taking monumental building, therefore if you are into that then you would love it. Spacious and clean, rooms have the same impression and beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness is really good, food generally is nice specially when served for 100 people therefore bravo to the kitchen staff. Now if you ask me what is the nicest thing over there or what would I go back, I would tell you the STAFF!!! Great service, immaculate standards and wonderful welcome attitude and I envy the venue for having such a wonderful staff without exception. Spacious parking and a lot of outdoor space so highly recommended

Beautiful Castle in a superb location. Stunning property. Lovely gardens and the rooms were very modern with all the facilities. Perfect location for Hague, Delft, Keukenhof and Tulip fields. The staff were very welcoming. Highly recommend.

The hotel is historical and good for events but not ideal if no car! I stayed at the hotel as it is close to another castle for a ball during the weekend. It turned out it takes VERY long time for taxi to show up, ranging from 15 minutes to 40 minutes of waiting. I wasted a lot of time just for taxi which is also costly. Every time I called the taxi company where was my car, they always say “10 minutes or any minute”. I was very angry to eventually waited for 40 minutes. I should stay in Hague. For dining it is located in the basement, not in the main floor. I have stayed at many castles and manor houses. This was first time to dine in the basement restaurant. It was also fully booked. Even though we were staying at the hotel, we were not able to have dinner here. We had to book dinner at another hotel, which took 2 more taxi trips. Waiting and waiting. Enough is enough. Never again.

J'ai organisé l'anniversaire de ma compagne dans cet hôtel et quelle belle surprise! Le cadre est magnifique,calme,reposant.Nous avons pris la suite avec un jacuzzi et un sauna privé. Dans la chambre ,une très belle décoration avec des ballons d'anniversaire, une carte d'anniversaire et une bouteille de champagne Laurent Perrier. Nous avions réservé une table au restaurant de l'hôtel et nous avons eu un diner spécial anniversaire. Ce fut un très beau séjour et je recommande sans hésiter ce très beau château.

Ein tolle Übernachtungsmöglichkeit! Sehr freundliches Personal, wunderschöner Schloß, sehr privat, gemühtliches Zimmer und das Frühstück aufs Zimmer rundet alles ab. Meine Empfehlung!!! Wir waren wunschlos glücklich:) Übringens der Park um Schloß und die Gegend ist sehr zu empfehlen.

De algehele indruk is goed. Het kasteel en de tuinen zijn erg mooi. Helaas zijn de kamers meer dan een beetje gehorig, wij konden het gesprek van buren letterlijk volgen. Je hoort elke stap die de buren zetten, de leidingen (bij douchen en doorspoelen) maakten veel herrie en gerommel aan de muren (zoals opladers in en uit het stopcontact) waren echt hard. Dit maakte dat het een beroerde nacht was. Om 07:00 werden we weer gewekt door de wekker van de buren. Het ontbijt was prima. Niet heel bijzonder, maar wel lekker en vers. Wel jammer dat er maar 1 mevrouw is die zowel de bediening doet (het is geen buffet, je wordt aan tafel bediend) en ook het koken doet. Dit maakt dat je erg lang moet wachten. Voor ons was het eens maar nooit weer, zeker voor de prijs.

Eindelijk een keer in een kasteeltje logeren, dat stond al lang op mijn verlanglijstje. Door Corona niet op skivakantie geweest dus konden we dit wel een keer doen. Vol verwachting kwamen we aan en het kasteeltje ziet er schitterend uit. Ingecheckt en we werden naar de kamer gebracht. Ik had iets meer kasteel-achtigs verwacht maar het was ok. Het was wel gehorig we konden de buren horen lachen en praten, niet wat ze letterlijk zeiden gelukkig. We verbleven er 3 nachten en kregen 3 ochtenden een warm koffiebroodje, ****** witbrood met kaas en kipfilet, jus d’orange, hetzelfde yoghurtje en een bakje vers fruit. Wij hadden voor zo’n hotel wel wat meer creativiteit in het ontbijt verwacht. Jammer. De omgeving is super en ook het bos dat aan het water achter het hotel ligt is erg mooi. We hebben 1 avond in-room dining gedaan van restaurant Sophie van het hotel, dat was HELEMAAL GOED en super lekker, zeker aan te raden.
