Nice clean accomodations. Room was streetside and VERY noisy all night. The provided sound machine on loud barely drowned out street noise. If staying, ask for inside room.

I never stayed at this property. they only have online check in. So, i uploaded my id and put in my credit card information as stated. When it came to the bio-metric facial scan it put me in a continuous loop of turning left &right. Also telling me to remove glasses that i didn't have on. After spending most of my children's Christmas eve on the phone with 2 different representatives.... They agreed to cancel my reservation and provide a full refund. I was forced to book a last minute hotel at the Hilton. My kids and i didn't arrive to begin out Christmas weekend until 11pm that night. I ask for all those looking to book a hotel...PLEASE book one with a clerk that can physically check you in. Not a facial scan that will scan your face 50xs tell you to remove glasses you dont wear... etc..

This is a great option for staying in downtown DC, especially if it's for a longer trip when you want a kitchen. Since there's no front desk, it's probably not ideal for someone who doesn't know their way around and might have questions, but there were often people around the lobby (either guests or someone working there) and everyone was very friendly, so you could probably ask someone if you needed to. The luggage storage is extremely convenient but seemed to fill up quickly - there wasn't much locker space available when I left around 9am, and when I came back to pick up my bags there were a number of suitcases filling up the room (not in lockers). But it seemed pretty secure anyway.

The apartment was ideal, the facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly the only issue would be the late check in at 1600,

I stay in remote, no-hotel-reception hotels frequently. This one was a uniquely terrible and inconsistent experience, especially for the price. I'd rather have stayed in a cheap motel, honestly. The first night, the fridge had an issue where it made a noise every 15mins. It kept me up at night, but I told the hotel chat the next morning and they sent someone over the same day. I was optimistic that the reviews were exaggerated and the customer service was good. Then, the next day, the TV remote stops working (probably dead batteries), and the Roku disconnects from the wifi so I can't use the Roku app. I chat the hotel again, asking for another remote or new batteries. They say they'll fulfill it, but never give me an ETA. I check in after a few hours, they still say they'll have someone over, but no ETA. It takes them two full days to replace the batteries. I told them I can just get the batteries myself but the customer service kept telling me they would fulfill my request then not do anything about it. I was only slightly annoyed at not having a TV, but just dealing with this back and forth, having to follow up every 6 hours for a simple task, drove me crazy. And they replaced it only the night before I check out. I'm annoyed, but I can use my laptop for Netflix, so whatever. But then, an hour before I check out (you have to pay for late check out too, which many hotels give you for free), I get a knock on my door while I'm changing. I tell the person to wait, but they j

This is an extended-stay hotel with no onsite staff or front desk. The room was spacious and clean, and there were plenty of towels and such. However the online check in process took about 45 minutes. It was late when I arrived and very cold, so this was pretty inconvenient. To the hotel's credit, they had emailed me about this process before I arrived, but I missed the email and was caught offguard. To get in the lobby and in your room, they email a key code. While I was there, the doors stopped working and a few of us were locked out for a while. The bed is very firm and was not comfortable for me. The walls are also thin and the rooms are noisy. They seem to be aware of this and provided ear plugs. I would not stay here again.

Place was fine. Confortable Bed and pillows, which was a plus but the view was abysmal and bathroom really small. Has all the necessities.
