Watch out for the type of room you booked and the cost, because they can overcharge you or give you a much smaller room than what you initially booked

Hotel service was great, there are basic toiletries provided but no room slippers (bring your own if you don’t want to step on the carpet). Overall the stay was great, the Queen room was of decent size but may be a little small for 2 pax. If budget is not a problem then go for King bed, the room is muchhh bigger.

Guest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration. Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines. Generally very good value hotel.

1. Thieves: After charging the full amount to my card beforehand, they added a BS "destination fee" to the bill without informing me and charged my credit card. 2. Unsafe: The room door would not close all the way on its own. Housekeeping knew and did nothing about it.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would return if I go back to DC. My complaints are minor: there are no outlets by the bed, there was some random repairs happening in the morning, and my room phone didn’t work until I put in a complaint. Other than these things, the hotel is in a great location and is very clean!

The hotel is close to amenities. However, the 15 dollar credit is not rolled over if not use.

Didn't take much advantage of the facilities since I was out all day long most days. Bath towels had hair from previous guests on them, but otherwise everything else seemed clean.

酒店地理位置很不錯，房間也很寬敞。但是房間內設施一般，沒有提供洗髮水沐浴露，房間吹風機也是壞的。酒店自助打印機連接不上前台幫忙打印了。

El servicio fue como siempre de un motel 2 estrellas nunca limpiaron la habitación y el servicio de la habitación tenía problema y lo mejor de todo es el rejuego que hay en el hotel y el parqueo el más caro . Conclusión te estafan el dinero entre las aplicacion qué te brinda una información como que ya todo esta listo y te cobran mucho dinero y cuando llegas al hote te cobran otro montón de dinero mas deposito . Y todavía estoy esperando 🙄......
