Gli impiegati erano molto cordiali e l'hotel era pulito. Il servizio è stato fornito rapidamente quando abbiamo richiesto il servizio in camera pulito e gli asciugamani extra. L'hotel era situato all'interno dell'università, quindi era sicuro, e ci sono voluti 20 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la Casa Bianca e 1 ora a piedi per il Campidoglio. C'è una metropolitana vicino alla proprietà, quindi puoi usarla facilmente. È un hotel in cui vale la pena tornare.

"On the first day, I was uncomfortable using the end room, which is far from the elevator, but I had a comfortable time because the room was replaced the next day. The location was quiet and comfortable, but it was a pity that there were not enough convenient facilities around."

Bed was comfy and location is good. Right by the silver line which links IAD airport. Within George Washington University so it’s pretty safe and a Whole Foods is pretty nearby.

I book a room with 2 queens bads , we received 1 double bad plus a couch , no linen bad for couch, no pilows. At bothroom , towels just for 2 persons and all needs soup...blablabla just for one person. At small bar just 2 pot cofee, 1 tee, no sugar , no cream.... When we ask about thay sad please cone down at lobe and we will provided.....is not normal for any hotel this kind of treatment clients. Not a great facilities of food...and the prices hight....

房間比想像中的要大，地點非常之方便，就在George Washington Unversity的旁邊，從Foggy Bottom地鐵站出來只走三四分鐘就到了。 酒店服務人員相當多 (輪班制)但是都非常友好。 我晚上到達時是一位黑人女士叫Michelle，很熱情可愛。 有一次我在酒店買一塊muffin，去前臺付款時因為她正在接客戶電話，給我做了一個手勢，我以為她是說她記帳了，後來她告訴我那塊小muffin是她送我的。 小小的一個心意真是讓人感到賓至如歸! 酒店唯一的缺點是沒有餐館沒有熱食沒有早餐。

很安靜的一個酒店，停車就是路兩旁，晚上7點到早上9點，免費的。過了時間會被貼罰單。附近5分鐘有一個便利店。洗衣房在4樓，前台出售洗衣粉，1美元一盒。

房間比較好，乾淨衞生，空間也比較大，另外地理位置也比較好，靠近地鐵與旅遊區，步行可達！美中不足的就是前台沒有轉換插頭，酒店沒有早餐供應！聯繫酒店提供，方便更多遊客選擇，並提供更多幫助，謝謝

워싱턴 출장 시, 아크호텔은 이번에 처음 이용해보았습니다. 호텔 위치도 괜찮고, 가격도 합리적이고, 주변에 괜찮은 식당들도 많이 있습니다.

酒店位置不錯，設施也比較新，但是前台一位印度裔女服務員態度很差，給了我們一間一樓電梯對面的房間，結果房間隔音極差，一早六點打掃衞生就大聲説話，地上掉個東西的聲音都能聽的清清楚楚，再加上一早坐電梯人的嘈雜聲，實在吵得不行。中午出門前找到前台説要換房間，開始説沒有後來給了一間二樓的房間，結果第二天發現在垃圾房正上方，早上轟隆隆的裝卸垃圾，屋裡的空調響得跟拖拉機一樣，幸好晚上不熱就沒開，實在懶得再跟前台交涉了，嚴重懷疑有針對中國人的嫌疑！
