Enjoy this cute and quaint home on a quiet street nearby downtown Beaverton.The spaceThe living space is bright and cozy, but also with plenty of space (3bedroom 3 bath), perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends traveling! Easy to get downtown without a car since the Tri-Met bus line is a 6 min walk (0.3 miles) and takes you into the MAX station at the center of Beaverton where there are plenty of restaurants, bar, shopping, and Saturday Farmer’s Markets, etc. It’s also a perfect place to stay in to relax with an outdoor patio and private backyard the backyard to enjoy all year round. The kitchen is full stocked with cooking essentials and coffee, tea, and basic cooking staples (oil, salt, pepper). TV with Xfinity Flex streaming with plenty of movies and shows to choose from. There is also an office space that includes a chair in case you stay for work purposes! Enjoy this 440 square foot suite in the peaceful center of it all. Stay in a beautiful neighborhood of 1/2 acre homes, with your own private entrance, large bedroom, new kitchenette and new bathroom. The king bedroom is downstairs at the entry level, the light and bright living area with beautiful views of the garden, and the bath are upstairs. Do not stay here if you are super allergic to cats. The house is perfectly designed for a getaway with family or a big group of friends. 7 beds that can comfortably sleep 13 with the 14th person on the couch. A great patio and backyard with a playground for hanging out.2 minutes drive or 5 minutes walk to Big Al's, AMC, and Progress Ridge Town Square for amazing restaurants, coffee shops and plenty of fun! "L'hotel ha una piscina all'aperto, può aprire una festa di fuoco + una barbecue all'aperto, e una sala fitness all'interno; Il parcheggio gratuito è abbastanza, la posizione geografica è eccellente, vicino al cancello principale di Beverton City, un cancello principale collega una varietà di strutture con grandi supermercati, stazioni di benzina, banche, ristoranti, stazioni di benzina, stazioni di ferro leggero e così via. UUtente ospiteThis hotel was nice, but small. It would have been nice to have a little bit bigger space and to have a coffee maker in the room. There was a strange loud rumbling sound in the bathroom, but you really couldn't hear it in the other part of the room. The other thing that would be nice is to be able to hook my laptop up to the tv to watch my streaming channels on the big screen, but the input channels on the tv were shut off so you couldn't use them. All in all for the price, I really enjoyed my stay.

DdelbertWe stayed here for a week and we had very comfortable stay throughout the week. Room is spacious and comfortable with a small pantry provided in room, a small living room, modern bathroom and very comfortable bedding. We didn’t take the complimentary breakfast every morning after trying once. There were sausages, eggs, waffles, breads, fruits and juices. I really like the round the clock drink station for the guests convenience. Finally the toiletries provided smelled so good and of good quality. I would happily return to this hotel.

UUtente ospiteWe were very disappointed to discover that there were no kitchen essentials, I guess we didn't study the fine print to understand that, but honestly.....not even a cup to get a drink out of??? No icemaker in the hotel, and no way to make ice in the freezer in the room? The pull out bed had no bedding or pillows. There was ONE roll of toilet paper for three of us for three nights. NO HAND TOWELS is ridiculous!!! When I asked about them the clerk said we should just use our washcloth. The bath towels were tiny and inadequate. But, by far....the worst thing about this place was there was NO HOT WATER in the shower!! It was clear the lever had been purposely adjusted to stop in the straight up position not allowing the lever to be turned left toward the hot water side. After we all had to endure a lukewarm shower I asked at the desk about it and was told we would need to exit the room for their repair person to adjust it. So we did. The next morning? Even colder!!! That alone, I believe warrants a full refund. OH.......and to top it off....a crazy lady shouting profanities was in the parking lot and the desk clerk solved the problem by...bringing her into the hotel to be with all of us. How is this right? How is this any way to run a brand new hotel. How is this place worthy of the Choice hotel brand? It is not. I fully expect a representative to contact me for a partial credit. Cold showers are not what I paid for. Thank you.

TTresa Latham-ScottIl giorno dopo ci sono stati chiamati e chiesti se volevamo ancora un checkout tardi e ho detto sì, poi mi sono stato detto circa $25. Non mi è stato detto di pagare la tassa la notte precedente. Non volevo pagarla, ma credo che avrei dovuto essere detto non appena mi sono chiesto. C'era un'acqua che scorreva sotto l'edificio nella struttura di parcheggio. Gli altri ospiti sono molto facili da sentire mentre camminano attraverso la strada e molto alto.

NNatalieLa mia visita in questo momento era molto diversa. Il riscaldatore non riscaldava la stanza tutto il tempo, ma capisco che avevano un po' di potenza fuori, con una tempesta. Mi piace quanto pulito e molte lavanderie erano disponibili per usare! Grazie per la gentilezza e per avere un ultimo minuto aperto.

NNatalieIt was a great time to relax after long day at work, didn't want to drive 20 miles back home. I stayed here and the staff were great, and when my TV didn't work they sent a nice lady to help you (only had to wait 10 minutes). Enough parking spaces to choose and still hear if car alarm goes off, for those who like knowing your jeep is safe! Thank you again! God bless
