Beautiful property. All communication with the staff was excellent. We were met at the front, shown where to park, escorted to our room. The room was immaculate, and we slept so sound because it was so quiet. We would absolutely recommend this property and will stay there again.

The communication was excellent - early check in and was there to answer any questions and guide us to our property. The property is very new - still under construction. There is nothing around - we thought we would be able to ride our bikes around Deer Valley & into Park City - but the property sits on the back side of Deer Valley - so you have to drive to do anything or eat anywhere. The WiFi would not work - no tv service with it being a smart tv. The place has some good potential - just a little disappointed in the exact location.

Pioche Village was great! The room and the rest of the building were so clean. It was an incredible value, and we would definitely stay here again.

Brand new apar**ent complex. business trip for 2 nights. Quiet. Nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away.

The property manager Rene was communicative and made check in a breeze. The unit was pristine and quiet. It was a short stay so but I would definitely stay again.

The onsite property manager, Rene, is excellent! Check-in could have been confusing but I called as I pulled into the lot and he met me. He is also very friendly and was helpful for our entire stay. The unit is brand new, clean and had all we needed. As some others have commented, the area is in early development stage and you do have to drive everywhere to eat and shop. Also, it's so new that we weren't too sure of the shuttle situation - other resorts seems to have shuttle access, and I'm guessing that will be a fully available here before too long. The walk to the lift is fairly easy down but pretty arduous back up after a day of skiing. All and all, considering the relative price and convenience of the Jordanelle lift, it was perfect for 4 days of spring break skiing when availability was really limited closer to the Snow Park Lodge. Will return!

The property manager, Rene, was fantastic. He answered the telephone when I called and answered all my questions about the unit. He met me at the door early in the morning so I could drop off my luggage before skiing. He personally showed me to the unit. He was also very responsive to questions I had during the stay. The Pioche is very close to the Jordanelle gondola.

Checking in was a little confusing because there wasn’t signage for an office or lobby. Once we got that straight everything went smoothly.

There was really nothing special about this place. Expensive but it was the only place I could find on a ski weekend. We were in town for a memorial.
