Hotel in zona Warwick Town Council, Warwick

Stayed for a couple of days whilst we visited local historical sites. Room was excellent as was the pool and general facilities. Was surprised the bar evening menu is the same as the main restaurant - seems little point in not availing oneself of the restaurant since it is much nicer and costs nothing more! Many thanks to the bar staff (who sang happy birthday) and Rieann and Ionda in the restaurant for their friendly service.

The hotel is generally good and the staff are attentive, but we would suggest avoiding the restaurant.  The hotel doesn't warrant a 4* with areas showing wear and tear such as water-damaged wood, mouldy seal in the bathroom, broken window locks, etc.  Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we were given a drinks voucher. After being advised our room was ready, we arrived at the room to find the maid still cleaning the room. The room included basic tea and coffee facilities and toiletries.  The pool/spa is limited and has a cold pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a gym.  We had booked into the restaurant for an evening meal, but when we arrived there was a table complaining about the food. They had sent their food back to the kitchen twice, and the staff were suggesting they send it back again. They walked out of the restaurant. Based on this, we thought we would order something that was pretty safe, so we ordered a burger and a chicken. However, the meat tasted cheap and of poor quality. The restaurant is charging gastro prices, but the quality is nothing better than Wetherspoons or worse. Again, the puddings were basic, with a vegan coconut ice cream that had an odd texture to it and a sticky toffee pudding that was no better than a cheap microwave pud. In our opinion, the staff were inappropriately dressed, with one waitress having such a short skirt that every time she moved you got to see more than you wanted. The bar staff were assisting in the restaurant, and one barman was dressed in hip-style jeans, which kept falling down. Although all very attentive and polite, it seemed that the hotel as a whole had very limited staff, with everyone just mucking in.  The breakfast was not much better than our evening meal. We arrived at 9.30am to find the milk, pastries, hot water, etc. had run dry. There was a selection of hot food, but once again the meat tasted cheap. The main waitress was incredibly young and either didn't communicate or spoke so incredibly quietly that you could not hear what she said.  At check out, we were not asked how our stay had been, and we felt that everything was done to avoid such communication.

After taking time to do a review the hotel just can e bothered to reply , so I email the hotel with complaint and once again they are not interested. This hotel wants saving by someone like the Hotel inspector before it’s too late, most of the staff are quite pleasant and it’s a shame as if it keeps up how they are right now it will end up closing down due to the owners and not the staff. Just a small thing when you hand in your room card , no thanks very much have a safe journey because she was too busy talking to a gentleman sitting next to her on the desk. I would suggest replying to emails or reviews with the word sorry, it goes a long way . This unfortunately was the last time that I will be getting a break as the hospital have now given me two months to live due to Cancer and I would have liked a bit better service but very disappointed as I didn’t get it. I certainly would not recommend the hotel to anyone. I have stopped in better places when I had B&B when I was working as a long distance driver

Quite impressed with the stay - the standard is above most of the 3 star hotels. I believe the hotel has been renovated (including the bathroom) so the room looks very new and clean. Room is very spacious and equipped with a nice bed. They provide facial tissues (surprise!) and the body wash amenity is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ottimo, spazioso soggiorno familiare - basi - con bagno condiviso. Perfetta base per mia figlia adulta e io che viaggiavano insieme nella regione in una macchina affittato. Bella casa georgiana, con camere e terreni da esplorare. Ho notato il ponte (piccolo casa) e le opzioni di lucidatura disponibili solo dopo l'arrivo. Le letti erano comodi e il personale era utile (anche mi piaceva il panter, cioè essere sconvolto, circa la squadra di rugby in Australia insufficiente). Sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui, anche se potrebbe considerare le opzioni di pod e glambling che entrambi sembrano molto emozionanti. essere una YHA la tariffa era molto ragionevole, e la cucina autocontenuta anche aiutato in questo senso. Heaps off street parking. A pochi chilometri dal busto di Stratford-upon-Avon è risultato anche vantaggioso.

Il letto è confortevole, la doccia è davvero buona e l'area circostante è davvero tranquilla e pacifica. Nessun stress con parcheggio, buon colazione e cena, personale amichevole.. basicamente niente di cui lamentarsi, eccetto L'hotel è un po' isolato da, ma per il relax è davvero bello.

Il personale ha un'ottima sistemazione e ci ha messo un letto in camera nostra molto apprezzata. Il colazione era bellissimo ogni giorno. Il personale è stato così amichevole e ci ha fatto sentire molto benvenuti.

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!
