Quite impressed with the stay - the standard is above most of the 3 star hotels. I believe the hotel has been renovated (including the bathroom) so the room looks very new and clean. Room is very spacious and equipped with a nice bed. They provide facial tissues (surprise!) and the body wash amenity is lovely. We really enjoyed our stay.

Il letto è confortevole, la doccia è davvero buona e l'area circostante è davvero tranquilla e pacifica. Nessun stress con parcheggio, buon colazione e cena, personale amichevole.. basicamente niente di cui lamentarsi, eccetto L'hotel è un po' isolato da, ma per il relax è davvero bello.

La nostra camera (numero 2) era situata sul pavimento accanto alla strada principale e era rumorevole tutta la notte. Il giorno dopo, tuttavia, questo è stato facilmente ordinato con l'acquisto di alcuni cluci. La stanza era pulita, ben mantenuta e aveva una grande suite bagnata. Il parcheggio è piccolo, quindi è in un primo momento, primo servito. C'è una piccola parata di negozi lungo la strada che è molto utile. Un'espressione al sabio sulla posizione. E' vero che è vicino al castello, ma quella passeggiata è alpina per prepararsi. Tuttavia, ci sono pochi caffè, negozi ecc lungo la strada. La signora che ci ha controllati era molto utile e ha avuto un piacevole disegno.

I was part of an all-female adult group who hired the whole property for the weekend via Air BnB. As we were coming from all over the country, the location was top priority and this guesthouse was in an excellent central location very close to the M42/M6. The property itself is clearly signposted and has lots of parking. It was quite hard to find a property that not only could sleep 11 adults but also had enough bathrooms which Haymills did, with every room being en-suite. Upon arrival, the first guest to arrive was greeted by the owner who was very friendly and showed her the basics, such as the key code to the front door (much easier than one person having to remember the key). The guesthouse is well decorated and has a modern feel throughout. The kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pans etc which is often an issue at some locations. There was also a coffee machine that we could use. The welcome basket was a nice touch including bottle of wine. Each room was different and some were quite small but fine for single sleepers. I stayed in the largest room which was very spacious. A few of my fellow guests mentioned that the plug points didn't fit with the furniture layout i.e. you couldn't use them easily and there was no mirror in our bedroom which would have been helpful. Our bathroom had a bath and large shower cubicle which was clean and we had towels/basic toiletries provided. The main issue we had was with the central heating which wasn't working. The host did respond quickly after being called and came to investigate. He had to concede defeat and called a plumber. Fortunately, the hot water was still working and it wasn't particularly cold for the time of year. The host did bring round several electric heaters which were enough for most, but not all, bedrooms. He did bring round a couple more the following day. Despite a visit from the plumber on the second day, the heating was not fixed during our stay. It didn't ruin it but it did mean we had to layer up and move heaters around to make sure everyone's room was warm enough. The lounge was pleasant and nicely furnished. It had a large TV which we didn't use. The large lounge doors/windows had blinds but no curtains (there was a curtain rail) so not sure if this is on the 'to do' list but curtains would have made for a warmer room (and look nicer too). The lounge door was a bit strange in that it had no handle/mechanism so was held closed by a door stop meaning that every time someone left the room, someone in the room had to push the door closed; again, a minor thing but it had a bit of an 'unfinished' feel to it. The house itself is located near the village of Hampton-in-Arden, a very attractive village. We went to the White Lion Inn on the Saturday night for a meal which was delicious. There is a train track running along the back of the property but it didn't cause any issues re noise, nor did the A452 which is a dual carriageway but surprisingly quie

Booked for a five night stay but was having our 3 year old grandson stay over for two of the nights. The staff were super accommodating and put us a small bed in our room which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was lovely every day. All the staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

Siamo venuti a Warwick come un viaggio speciale per celebrare il nostro 15° anniversario di matrimonio e siamo così felici di aver preso qui. Il parcheggio di auto a Long Stay è a West Rock (che è vicino a un Sainsburys) Solo 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, tutto è una passeggiata facile a Warwick, quindi non è una questione. La stanza era molto carina, il personale molto amichevole 😊 e il colazione era molto gioioso, avevano colazione continentale per grappoli e bagagli, ci piaceva il nostro bacon e bagagli d'uovo. Se mai fossimo tornati qui senza dubbio, rimarremmo qui e si raccomandava assolutamente agli amici.

Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno qui, le strutture sono davvero buone. Ci sono state piazzate la piscina e le aree di ginnastica, ci sono giochi all'aperto da giocare e i terreni sono bellissimi. Tuttavia, il servizio lascia molto da desiderare. Molti del personale sono molto giovani e, sebbene amichevole, il metodo di servizio è molto reattivo (l'abbiamo notato in altri pochi esami). Molti occhiali e piastre sono lasciati in giro, le tavole sporche non sono pulite mentre gruppi di personale sono in piedi in chiacchierata. Non mi dispiacerebbe tanto se non fosse un hotel 4/5 stella. Spesso il personale si dimentica di quello che chiederete e si aspetta dieci minuti per una cucina o latte con il vostro tè. Mentre il cibo è bello è piuttosto eccessivo - questo non ci ha disturbato tanto quanto avevamo il credito per cena, ma non avrei mangiato lì senza credito. Dopo aver detto che abbiamo avuto un buon pasto nel ristorante e il personale ha fornito un pudding come sorpresa per il mio compleanno che era un bel trattamento! In generale, ci rimanderemmo a restare di nuovo - ma non aspettare 5* servizio.
