Unfortunately there were only 2 young lads working in the whole hotel. They didn’t seem very knowledgable, they charged me for the stay although I had already paid through trip - they did refund me, but that was after I went to speak to them showing them my bank statement.. and my husband then had to go back again to get the refund sorted! For some reason speaking to me wasn’t enough!! They had hardly any meals available in the restaurant. Only burgers! The room itself needs a massive uplift, the bathroom looked really unclean and falling apart. Really sad stay considering it was part of a Christmas gift. Definitely won’t be returning.

Is fine

This is the 4th year staying at this hotel. They had a few problems in the kitchen, but the front of house staff did a good job of keeping everyone happy. Particular mention goes to Emma who, as always, goes out of her way to ensure you are satisfied. Pity about the car parking fees which were introduced this year. We were staying 8 nights and at £5 per night this is pricey. As our registration plate is Spanish the machine didn't register it and we ended up parking roadside some way away rather than face £100.00 fine. If this extra cost had been built in to the price of our stay I doubt we would have noticed.

Convenient location and base for where we wanted to visit. Hotel clean, staff friendly. Breakfast selection plentiful - gets busy so try and time it right. Parking is the major let down - struggle to get a space, ended up on grass verge under the trees - and you have to pay for that privilege - £4.50 for 24 hours. Apart from this, had an issue with the toilet stopping flushing during the night but as we were checking out the next morning, we notified the staff and used the toilets in the restaurant area but not ideal.

Sharon welcomed me with a smile and was extremely helpful. The rooms are standard Premier Inn but always a comfortable sleep! Restaurant on site is handy although a large number of items were not available on the menu and the food was fairly bland. But all in all an easy business stay.

We had such an amazing stay at the premier inn with our lovely family! Kayleigh has been FANTASTIC!! Couldn't do enough for us. She has been absolutely brilliant with our children and our whole family we couldn't rave about her enough! Lovely hotel and stay
