This newly renovated rock A-frame is located in the heart of Wartburg! While only 572sqft, the open floor plan can accommodate up to 4 people. . It boasts a main level of living space with a loft, 2 queen beds, a fully-furnished kitchen, a walk in shower, and a sprawling outdoor private patio. It's the perfect destination for couples or a small group of friends looking to explore Morgan County.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:- All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian
- Absolutely No Pets or animals! If you sneak in a pet you will be charged $120.- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human
- No fires/candles. $100 fine,- No smoking. $100 fine
- 4 person max per night
- Keep AC/Heat in between 68-72
- No cooking of fish and other seafood.

This home is pretty much in the city but it feels like you're in the country. The back yard is very private.We were not there long enough to explore the area other than the nearby Potters Falls. It is pretty close to a distillery which I would do on the next visit.

Home was clean and as advertised. Nice stay for a couple and those with older kids. Climbing a steep ladder to get to the second bedroom would be iffy for anyone with physical limitations or very young children. The location was nice...walking distance to downtown and right across the street from a coffee shop! I would stay here again for the awesome backyard. It was perfectly set up...a nice sitting area and a wonderful hot tub with a privacy fence that made you feel like you were alone in the country...a great place from which to enjoy the areas beautiful sunsets!

Great little house! We enjoyed our stay for the most part. My husband had to sleep separate from me, on the futon couch, because of A frame & bed size on main level. Me knocking into the ceiling & wood beside the bed.Many necessities at the house and very nicely decorated!

A frame Rock House
1- Not enough towels but was brought some2-No gas grill like picture but found the charcoal one3. No dishwasher4.AC would not cool, kept on 685. No table6. Washer leaked from underneath 7. Needs additional places in bathroom for shaving and cosmetic items

Simply wonderful
A little gem nestled in the mountains. It has everything you need to enjoy a getaway from home. The hot tub was clean and hot, backyard and privacy fence was perfect. It’s exactly as advertised.
