Hotel in zona Muzeum im. mjr. W. Nowakowskiego - Żubra, Varsavia

Ho trascorso 2 notti in questo hotel che si trova in posizione abbastanza centrale. Tenete conto che Varsavia è grande e le distanze sono importanti, quindi, spesso vi converrà spostarvi in autobus o tram. Le fermate si trovano a circa 3-10 min a piedi dall'hotel (a seconda della fermata) e i biglietti si fanno nelle stazioni della metro (anch'essa a circa 10 min a piedi dall'hotel). L'hotel ha 28 piani, noi eravamo al 22-simo e si vede la città dall'alto (nonostante l'altezza wi-fi perfettamente funzionante). Suggerirei una terrazza bar panoramica che sarebbe davvero una chicca. Peccato non si possano aprire le finestre, ma chiaramente è fatto per una questione di sicurezza; per tale motivo l'aria condizionata è costantemente accesa. Non appena entrata, purtroppo, dal bagno veniva un odore non piacevolissimo temo a causa di un basso funzionamento dell'aeratore e/o dall'impossibilità di aprire le finestre, in ogni caso poi nel corso del tempo l'odore si è attenuato. Al di là di questi aspetti la camera era spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo, scelta dei cuscini e un buon oscuramento; un pò meno pratico il piumino incorporato con il lenzuolo che non arriva a tutta la lunghezza del letto (però è una cosa che ho trovato anche in altri hotel, quindi, deve essere tipico della zona). In camera ogni giorno sono disponibili 2 bottigliette di vetro d'acqua da 33 cl, un bollitore con scelta di tè e una macchinetta di caffè con cialde. L'hotel è plastic free, pertanto, nella doccia è presente il dispenser di bagnoschiuma e per lo stesso motivo sono assenti cuffiette per la doccia o altre cose del kit da bagno che di solito si trovano nei 4 stelle (suggerirei di sostituire la saponetta con un dispenser). La colazione è eccezionale, c'è veramente di tutto (dal dolce al salato) e di ottima qualità. Forse non è proprio un 4 stelle, ma un ottimo tre stelle superior che mi sento di consigliare.

Il pranzo è fantastico. Varie verdure, pane, salsicce, uova fritte, spazzatura, patate, yogurt, frutta, succhi .... Le camere sono grandi. Puli, spaziose. Il bagno è anche il migliore. Volevo mettere un singolo bacino di più di un metro a casa. Inoltre, il pavimento della camera da bagno non sembra mai aver sperimentato in Corea. Letto, letto è buono. Il desk è buono. C'è anche un ferro. Libero 1.5 Il litro di acqua minerale è fornito, e c'è anche un cassaforte. Ah~~~ Tuttavia, non c'è frigorifero. La posizione è solo un posto decente e passeggiabile. Non molto vicino, ma ci sono ristoranti appropriati intorno. Il bar al primo piano è anche buono. Personale amichevole.Inizialmente Polaroids sono amichevole.

L’hotel fa parte di una nota catena internazionale, per cui gli standard qualitativi sono omogenei in tutto il mondo. L’hotel è situato in buona posizione, vicino a fermate di bus ed autobus. Intorno ci sono anche alcuni locali dove mangiare. La struttura è nuova o comunque rinnovata da poco, con staff cordiale e disponibile. Camera ampia con tutti comfort (A/C, frigo, TV schermo piatto, macchina caffè, cassaforte, wifi). Insomma un buon soggiorno. Unica pecca il prezzo della colazione, pari a circa il 20% del prezzo della camera ovvero € 14 a persona.

HOTEL NELLA MEDIA.Sono stato 2 notti presso questo hotel,pernottamento in camera doppia uso singola..Sono stato abbastanza bene, ma qualora ero in 2 la camera ed il letto sarebbe stato un po' piccolo..La posizione è centrale nella Varsavia zona moderna,ottimo servizio parcheggio interno, al costo di 15€ al giorno, pulizia sembra assurdo ma bisogna chiederlo in reception altrimenti non viene effettuata insieme al cambio asciugamani,con scuse sulla situazione covid,che a mio avviso dovrebbe essere il contrario..Calazione,molto salato e poco dolce che io prediligo quindi bocciata..Nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo si sta bene ma non da paragonare al.novotel oppure al mercure,infatti questo è un 3*...

Un hotel in stile europeo con una lunga storia mantenuta molto rinnovata. I film possono essere distribuiti ovunque nell'hotel. La colazione è molto ricca, con un'ampia varietà e molti ospiti. Ci è stato regalato un buono per un drink al bar il giorno del check-in: è stato così piacevole alleviare la fatica a fine giornata! Esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva

Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel lungo la strada, quindi è stata una decisione dell'ultimo minuto, ma doveva essere così! Prima di tutto, la posizione è 10/10. Vicino a PKiN, Chmielna, anche Nowy Swiat e Uni. Non stavamo lì per visitare la città, quindi non abbiamo guardato le attrazioni ma è tutto raggiungibile a piedi. La roba era super bella, le rom sono molto pulite. Non abbiamo fatto colazione lì, quindi non posso esprimere un'opinione. Hanno una stireria se necessario, anche una piccola palestra. Alcuni dei servizi non erano disponibili a causa di covid, ma comunque un'ottima esperienza per il fine settimana. Consiglio al 100%!

Viaggio di 3 giorni dove abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa struttura. Il massimo della valutazione è 5 se fosse stato possibile avrei dato anche 100 a tutto. Pulizia, centrale a tutto, colazione eccellente, personale cordiale, in camera siamo riusciti a trovare anche dei canali in TV italiani che ci hanno fatto compagnia la notte del capodanno. Consigliatissimo 10 e lode

Tra i tre hotel che ho soggiornato durante il mio 9 giorni di soggiorno in Polonia, questo è stato il migliore di lontano. La stanza era grande con servizio di pulizia giornaliera e acqua. Ha anche un mini frigo per raffreddare i prodotti. Il condizionamento d'aria è spazioso con mobili decente per il relax, con tutte le strutture di base, compresa l'acqua calda per la doccia e la rasatura. E anche il caffè è decente. Il servizio è molto buono. Forniscono un ottimo consiglio ai turisti. L'unico posto a discesa dell'hotel che ho trovato è che non offrono alcun servizio di lavanderia. Ma questo è un ottimo hotel a un prezzo ragionevole.

So hard to write a bad review during pandemics, when so many hotels and apartments are in difficult situation. However I feel obliged to warn other travellers. Let the great dissappointment that I experienced be a warning sign. I made the reservation in Platinum Residence Mokotow, for the night from 6.11.2020 to 7.11.2020. Reservation was confirmed and the payment on my credit card was blocked. When we arrived to the accommodation, the lady at the front desk required me to present physical credit card, that I did not have with me. I offered to make a contactless payment by telephone but it was refused. Cash payment was refused as well. There was not even the slightest effort or good will to try to resolve the problem. The only answer I heard from the reception personel (and later from the manager) was ”it is our rule, we can not check you in, it is our rule and it was clearly stated in the reservation”. Thus we were left with no option to check in (20:30 and it was raining outside, we were after more then 4 hours of driving). We left the accommodation and called the assistant at the portal that we made the reservation. He called the accommodation and latter informed me that they finally agreed to accept cash payment. Immediately we went to the Platinum Residence Mokotow but the reception was closed and there was no one present to check us in. As it was getting late, I had to book another place for that night where we managed to check in without any problems. It was possible to make a contactless payment by telephone. If you are looking for potential problems go to Platinum Apartments Mokotow. It is really hard to find such bad customer service and rude treatment in hospitality industry nowadays. If you want to sleep well at night go for other places. Fighting with your accommodation managers is the last thing one would like to do when travelling. By the way, it was not against their rules to charge my card for the accommodation service they did not provide.

Just outside Warsaw, but relatively well connected by train, is the HIR Jozefow; an idyll on the edge of extensive forests and a small tributary of the Vistula, the Swider. A relaxing stay is guaranteed simply because of this location. In addition, the house offers many recreational opportunities, from the spa area to the golf and tennis courts and bicycle rental to a ropes course for children, which offer new varieties every day. On arrival at HIE Jozefow a room upgrade and various nicely designed amenities were waiting for us. The view from the balcony glided over the abundant trees of the hotel property, the playgrounds and sports fields as well as the golf courses. The afternoon sun, when it seemed, heated us up strongly. The beds were of high quality and provided a restful sleep. If you wanted, you could choose from the richly filled (paid) minibar or help yourself to the other cold and hot drinks provided free of charge. In the bathroom, only the ancient shower curtain, which was to be replaced by a fixed shower enclosure, disturbed. Even showering in a bathtub is probably no longer quite up to date, but practicable for sporty condition. Culinary highlights of our stay were the visits to the restaurant Luna & Sol of the hotel. The new chef knew how to create an offer that goes far beyond the level of a usual Holiday Inn, especially in the evenings; and this at a reasonable price level. Whether you helped yourself to the extensive buffet or put together an à la carte menu yourself: local, fresh products, cleverly prepared, always contributed to a successful evening. Of the leisure facilities, we once again made intensive use of the spa area during our stay. The swimming pool and the two saunas promised a varied stay almost at any time. Unfortunately, the indoor pool has only five, quite uncomfortable, because much too hard loungers (without pads), which should be exchanged for those much more comfortable loungers from the relaxation area of the spa. We would like to take this opportunity to thank two people who made our stay extremely pleasant, on behalf of the many employees we met: On the one hand, the Front Office and Reservation Manager who always had an ear for our concerns; on the other hand, the General Manager did everything in his power, to give us a feeling of well-being during our days in ”his” house. Even in its 15th year of existence, the Holiday Inn Jozefow more than lives up to its reputation as a 4-star first-class hotel. The standards that the management practices in this house should give other hotels an example of how upscale hotels should and can function despite the current, worldwide difficulties.
