I had a one night stay while working in the beautiful Warrnambool area last week. Great motel within a caravan park. Room was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Room was nice and warm on arrival. The little box of sweet treats was a really nice touch. Highly recommended 😊

Un motel standard, grande per un fermo. Furono forniti confezioni perfettamente pulite e elettriche, che era un enorme plus, mentre la stanza era congelata quando siamo arrivati. Una cucina nella stanza che era brillante, l'unico negativo era quanto le pareti sono sottili come si poteva sentire tutto andare in camera vicino alla porta

We planned to stay one night in this motel but changed the stay to 2 nights. The rooms we had were clean, it was a quiet location. The lady in charge was very friendly and helpful and we took her recommendation for a place for dinner.

Dear Tasman we know you just took over the business but that’s our review to you We stayed in 2br deluxe ! Cabin Pros : - bbq very clean - swimming pool and amenities clean - staff is very friendly Cons : - hair in the bed ( linen haven’t been changed) , we asked the reception and it had been changed - rangehood is filthy - bathroom cabinets never get clean staff from previous guest still there - no large pot( cooking dinner for kids) , grater, chopping board , wine glasses salt or pepper ( again it’s not camping it’s deluxe cabin) and if you cook dinner before 5 it can be resolved but after 5pm office shut - no wifi ( issue adresed couple time not resolved and not inteeested , but with 2 teens and my work laptop it was an issue) - pool is 1.2 m so for little kids amazing for teens boring - staff seems interested to resolve but can’t care less if you don’t keep asking - we left a night earlier no one asked why Dear Tasman with the price tag 260 a night for family of 3 , I actually expected more from you , I like warnambool and taking my only getaway this year , it supposed to be fun I am sorry to say it but you ruined it . I can’t keep coming to reception to ask to sort smth for me which suppose to be part of the deal like pots and wi fi etc

Quick stop while driving the Great Ocean Road. Beds were unbelievably comfortable, rooms were clean and the staff was so friendly. I only wish we had more time to explore the spa options.

The room appeared to be clean which was great. It always bothers me when accommodation establishments don’t put quilts into the quilt covers, the thought of someone else touching that quilt while sleeping or doing anything else creeps me out. I figure it’s not hard to actually use the quilt cover?! The room and facilities were very average and overpriced, however for one night and if desperate (as we were), it will do.

nice comfortable bed and clean room, great views, the advertised laundry facility in every room wasn't there, there was a cupboard in the wardrobe but the door was locked and a shelf was in front of it so I assume that was once the laundry. The carpet outside the lift on the fourth floor where we were was ripped and threadbare. The place needs a bit of an overhaul, outside the doors to the rear carpark there were tiles lifting and broken. Made the place look shabby. The staff were pretty friendly and the restaurant food was excellent. It was a 2 minute walk to the hot springs and spa so that was great we took advantage of that. I would probably stay again as the location was good but I hope next time to see it in better shape.

Our stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The only issue was the disability parking space. It really was not large enough to accomodate a person with a disability. Exiting the car was very tight due to the proximity of the next car. If one had a wheelchair on the roof that dropped down the Soave available was no were near adequate. This issue may need to ne addressed.

Abbiamo rimasto nell'unità 2, una delle unità frontali, e concordo con tutti gli aspetti positivi delle revisioni che ho letto, che era ben mantenuta, pulita, ben arredata e si sentiva molto a casa e benvenuta. Tuttavia le scale che portavano da alti a bassi hanno avuto una forte rotazione da camera a cima delle scale mentre si sono abbassate anche un passo o due e il problema non era che, era che la maniglia non raggiunse tutto il cammino fino al primo passo, Era un po' corto, e questo significava che dovevi scendere e girare le scale senza un treno per appendere - il treno non apparve fino al terzo passo o così, e dovevo piegarmi per raggiungere, mentre scendevo. Un piccolo manico di più sulla curvatura delle scale risolverebbe questo problema, non abbiamo prestato attenzione alle recensioni sul rumore davanti agli appartamenti, quindi non abbiamo chiesto un appartamento alla schiena. Il doppio vetro risolverà facilmente questo problema. Abbiamo visto il proprietario/gestore presente sul luogo facendo qualche sweeping eccetera di tanto in tanto, ma non si importavano di fare contatto occhio o di dire buon mattino in nessuna occasione, quindi si sentiva piuttosto inamichevole che era in contrasto con la cosicità della appartamenti.Mi fermerò di nuovo se potessi essere assicurato di un appartamento posteriore con manette sicure sulle scale.
